Michael was the 3rd company to come out to my house for an onsite visit, followed up by a bid/estimate. He was a great (still is!) communicator, really transparent, explained his recommendations, and ultimately I decided to work with him and his team. How he engaged initially, was how he engaged throughout the entire project - I appreciate consistency, transparency, and honesty - and he was all of the above! The project included removing a water heater and installing a Navien Tankless Gas Water Heater. He showed up exactly when he said he would, his team was professional and trustworthy. The installation was fantastic and I am so happy to have gone tankless. I'd recommend Michael and his team - any time! And I like them so much that I signed up for an annual maintenance program with them!

Mike Jr and his crew were awesome to work with. We felt they answered all of our questions with honesty and maintained a clear line of communication from the point of the bid all the way through to several days after install.
