Called Pipelining Northwest in a panic about 9:30pm when I walked into my Moms kitchen that was flooded and water leaking through her light fixtures! Cody took the call, listened and assisted me with a short term solution by walking me through over the phone to shut off the water -which was very gracious of him to do. He then scheduled Derek to come out the following day to assess the damage, diagnose, and fix the plumbing issue. Derek came out as promised, provided a quote and fixed the plumbing in 3 bathrooms. Derek then REDUCED our bill by $200 cause he was very efficient in quickly fixing the issue and took less time than quoted. These guys are freaking AWESOME, very ethical, and will be our on call plumbing company going forward should we ever need plumbing services again. Super awesome, nice guys, would HIGHLY recommend to family and friends.

Pipelining Northwest provided GREAT service! Cody came out to scope our sewer line at no cost to us and provided a few different repair options for us to choose from.

We had an unpleasant experience with one of the larger plumbing companies in the area and were faced with an expensive repair (and we felt pressured to proceed right away with their outrageously expensive repair option).

When Pipelining Northwest provided their own assessment on the other hand, we felt more assured of what the repair plan was, what the risks were if we did nothing, and they were very transparent of the costs involved - they even provided a few different repair options to help us decide on the amount we were comfortable spending. Not once did we feel pressured or up-sold.

Pipelining Northwest was easy to work with, communication was professional and timely, and the repair team showed up on time and completed the repair in a timely fashion.

I sure hope we never have to call for a plumber again, but if we do, Pipelining Northwest will be the FIRST call we make next time.

Contacted Steve in the afternoon, the next morning Derrik came out to repair my toilet which had been clogged for 2 months. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. The initial assessment wasn't correct but when guys showed up, they were persistent and got the job done. Adjusted price based on the actual work done...they were fortunate that I had an excavator on site and the same attitude as they had. We worked together and it worked out well

Pipelining Northwest did wonderful work for us! They let us know what needed to be done, and what potentially might need done when they removed a broken 90 degree elbow drain hookup under our house that was cracked and disconnected from the kitchen sink feed (they also added a cleanout that was not there before!). They were very courteous and professional, and were able to perform the work, parts and labor, well within our budget. They let us know that after their quality work was complete, to let them know if, at any time, we experience any issues with the repair work. Thank you for doing such a great job!

Great guys! Kept me informed of the progress of putting in a sump pump every day. Took them 3 days but only about 6 hours a day. Kept my floors protected. Pricing was good too!

I had the owner Steve, and Cody come for a 2nd opinion and bid on a sewer problem that began with a clogged shower & a gurgling toilet. Cody immediately suspected a sewer problem. I had this same issue and an expensive spot repair 3 years ago. Pipelining NW quoted me half the price of a larger company and a much longer guarantee for repair and sewer lining. The owner also threw in repair of my outdoor faucet leaking near the sewer cleaout, and techs were all polite, professional and diligent. The price was half the price of a bigger company.

I am very happy I found Pipelining Northwest a few years ago. We almost went with another company that was taking advantage of our inability to use any water due to a sewage pipe blockage and gave us an outrageous quote. We decided to get another opinion and I was so happy we did. This company literally saved us thousands!! I appreciate the honesty and great work. A few days ago I had a kitchen sink blockage that we just couldn't clear on our own. They were able to get someone out same day and after a couple tries, got it cleared for us. 10/10 recommend for your pluming needs!!!

I needed A shower valve replacement. They answered the phone, set a time to come out, and we’re here on time. Give me a quote that was very fair! They showed up on time on the repair day. Excellent service from Pipelining Northwest for a sewer relining. My old concrete sewer line was 80 years old. Twice in the last 6 years I had very expensive projects to replace segments due to massive tree roots. I decided it was time to just reline it. This was an expensive project but needed to be done. I had 3 bids. All the vendors assessed my sewer line the same. I went with Pipelining, their price was a little less. I am a single woman and I felt respected through the process and not mansplained or talked over. My questions were answered. Thank you to Austin and the team. They also did a great job on cleanup, it was like they were never here, despite having to do some digging!

The best decision I’ve made! I need to share my recent experience with Pipelining Northwest on an extensive repair I needed for my home. I had some overflowing gutter drains and received a quote from another contractor. I knew a 2nd quote was needed. I found Pipelining Northwest and they quickly came out and assessed my drain issue. The Owner, Cody Harris, provided a detailed description of the damage and what needed to be done to repair in easy to understand language. Quote for the work was 2/3 less than I was quoted by the other plumbing company. I agreed to move forward with repairs. All workers were professional, skilled, and each day left the work site safe and as clean as possible. Project Management for the work was exceptional and communication thorough. As the work progressed, based on my needs, additional areas needed repairs. Bottom line - it is reassuring to see companies out there that are fair, skilled, and really put the customer experience at their forefront. Well done Pipelining Northwest! Great quality, speed, and price, will definitely hire again for plumbing needs! They were able to fix an unforeseen slow leak I found after unhooking my washing machine in preparation for a flooring installation. Steve responded very quickly to my 4/5 AM request on their website, and I was able to make an appointment for the same day. Jon fixed the leak (which involved cutting the drywall and installing new shut off valves) and also looked at some other minor issues while he was there. He confirmed that my tub faucet didn't have a problem, and he was able to get my kitchen sink sprayer to fully work again by cleaning out some debris that got lodged in it. Everything works perfectly now, and I didn't have to delay my renovations or worry about doing a temporary fix.
