Home Services reviews in McCleary, Washington

Our fence was knocked down in one of the last storms.
The office manager (Jessica) was helpful, kind and easy to work with. The crew that came out to assess and estimate was friendly and reasonably priced. Can’t wait to see the finished product!
Thanks for making it so easy!

From our walk through with Cole and Jessica to our lawn renovation with Justin and Gilbert, it’s been professional, friendly, and we love our new yard! We’ve also kept them on for maintenance to keep up the fresh look.

Thanks!

Quality work at a fair price !
Great crew
We will have you back on our next job.

The quality of work that the JIT crew does cannot be matched! They are highly skilled, kind and complete their work in a timely manner. What impresses me most is that this started as such a small business and has transformed into a much larger business, they’ve grown their workforce and their business offerings and kept their small town feel to it.

I had some driveway rock delivered from JIT. Jess was very helpful and friendly. She worked out the proposal and arranged for delivery for me. I felt the price was fair and the gravel was delivered the very next day! The whole process went very smoothly.

Corey has been fantastic to work with. He was always so quick to reply to us and answer our questions. The guys who installed our gate were amazing. I wish I would have gotten their names. They were polite and empathetic about the noise (even though it was not a problem). I thank kyler for going to get the gate and correct parts. JIT's quote came in less than another company that we had contacted. I'm loving the look of the black gate!

We had JIT Landscaping out to urgently level and prep an area for our RV a few years back and I am still happy with the work. This year I am looking for some yard cleanup and landscaping. I spoke with Corey and he did a fantastic job explaining my options and what JIT could do. He wasn’t afraid to offer to come out ASAP. A+ service—would definitely recommend and use again!

I have worked with JIT for about 4 years now. Between regular landscaping, and slightly bigger projects - Justin and his whole team have consistently gone above and beyond for me. The customer service he aims to provide, and the environment he creates for his staff echoed through the company and their behavior. Recently, I had an issue with my gate and having two large dogs that have to be secured I was concerned it wasn’t shutting properly. I had left a message at JIT thinking they’d get back to me when they could and to my surprise that night his office manager and her husband showed up and fixed it for me because they knew my situation. Justin has done similar for me in the past. They are my favorite recommendation to make. One of the cool things about being a customer for so long, is how often I am stopped when wearing their logo on a sweatshirt whether it’s locally or up in Olympia - everyone has a positive experience to share. I can’t recommend them enough.

We had an amazing experience with the JIT team, all the way from communicating in the office to Liam coming to the property and solving our issue with efficiency and 10/10 customer service. This company will take care of you all around!

We hired JIT in March 2024 to replace our tired, 40-year-old railroad tie retaining walls on our sloped lot along with the addition of a patio. It was a messy, muddy job. But the end result was more than we ever expected. In addition to the sturdy, level, graceful, and attractive hardscape installation, their attention to detail in returning the landscape and surrounding area back over to us in a neat and tidy fashion was greatly appreciated by us - as well as our neighbors! These guys know what they are doing and have the tools and equipment to accomplish it. I especially appreciated their willingness to work with us in developing a plan that fit within our budget. I highly recommend JIT Landscaping.

SO MUCH MORE THAN A LANDSCAPING COMPANY! I hired JIT to help me clear land I bought that was completely neglected and littered with trash for YEARS!!! It was important for me to hire someone that could handle everything from start to finish for me including permits, coordinating other companies (PUD, tree service, electrician, asbestos removal etc.) to get this land ready with full hookups for my fifth wheel. And now my next project of bringing a tiny home & a Gorilla Shed onto my property (Justin is managing this himself!). JIT didn't just deliver what they said they would but they went above & beyond consistently throughout the process & continue to do so. I didn't make it easier by changing plans a few times as the land was cleared to see a better vision. Along with some unexpected problems found along the way making us all switch gears. JIT and their amazing crew handled everything exceptionally with professionalism, reliability & dependability all while being honest and efficient throughout the process. Each crew member loved their job & it shows!!! I highly recommend JIT! If they don't do it, they know a professional that does & they can manage them for you if needed! I will only use JIT going forward for all my projects. Special shout out Jess & Kayley holding down the office, Cole my project manager, Justin DeVries my foreman & Kyler Landry who built my beautiful fence. But the real star is Justin Sample the owner who created a positive environment business that shows their crew appreciation & gives back to the communities!!! Well done!

Really great experience. Cole and Dylan did the on hand work and Justin was excellent from planning through the execution. We'll definitely use JIT again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

JIT Landscaping has done a fantastic job around our lake! They removed trees and spruced up all the gardens beautifully, and the difference is night and day. Jess is wonderful to work with—always quick to answer questions, provide quotes, and even come out personally for special projects. Their work is professional, timely, and high-quality. We couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend JIT Landscaping to anyone looking for reliable, top-notch landscaping services.

Couldn’t have asked for better folks to work on our landscape project. Excellent quality of work with seemingly endless energy. Hard work done by hard workers. Thank you to Jackson, Chuy and Justin for giving us a new space to enjoy in our yard.

Kyler and Jhett installed our Christmas lights today. They were fast, efficient and very professional. They gave us clear instructions and did a wonderful job. Highly recommend!

We found it a pleasure working with Justin. His experience and knowledge provided us with a variety of options for our project. He took our basic concept and turned it into something really special. Cole and Nathan provided the brute force to accomplish our landscaping. Cole’s artistic eye and experience with heavy machinery brought our project to reality. Both were responsive, friendly, and respectful of our property. They cleaned up the site every day before leaving. We can’t wait to get started with Phase 2 of our landscaping project.

We contacted a number of businesses, including a picture of a fence we saw with a description of what we were looking for, and asked for a bid. Contact was made in a short amount of time , with Corey coming out to make a bid, working around our work schedule. He Introduced himself and was very professional, also clarifying details for the fence and gate. When we accepted the bid, Abby called from the office to set up the days, explaining a day needed to be skipped before the second phase so the posts would be set. Kyler came to the door the first day, introduced himself, and explained what they were doing. I had asked a climbing plant on our archway be protected, and they did not disappoint. Our fence matches the archway we already had, the design of the fence like the picture we showed them, and a gate was built with hardware added that fit the look of the fence.

JIT Landscaping was asked to build a fence that looked like the picture but taller and included a gate across the archway. They produced just what we were asking for, always spoke with professionalism, and cleaned everything up when they finished the project. I would highly recommend this company with great communication, excellent work, and professionalism all exhibited.

working with the JIT team has been a great experience. Their insight is invaluable and right on the mark for what is needed in our landscaping projects. They are willing to do the work in phases to help with timing for our move and making the payment for each phase of the project. The understanding and expertise they have is wonderful, and we will always look to JIT for taking care of our yard and ensuring we have everything we need to be able to enjoy or home to the max. Thank you Jess and JIT team for all you do for us.

My company was painting a house and they came in to do Hydro seed and they were extremely careful not to get any on the building. In previous experiences with other companies, they seem not to care and blow it all over my freshly painted building, but these guys seem to care about their work. Love working with professionals! Jesse

The crew for gates were fun and personable.
Our neighbor was having another company do their gate. Just saying really glad we had JIT.
