Reviews of local pros in Mead, Washington

I used Del Pizzo's for many years for yard work and sprinkler maintenance. My dad lived at home with dementia and I was easily able to schedule and manage maintenance from afar. They did great work, and I was especially impressed with the extensive final yard cleanup they did to get the house ready for sale. Great work and great people, I highly recommend!

Del Pizzo has been the lawn care and snow removal company for our 50-home HOA in northwest Spokane for the past four years. We are very happy with their full scope of services: weekly mowing/trimming/blowing, fertilizing and weed control, leaf and debris cleanup, shrub trimming, full irrigation services, and snow removal of walkways and driveways, right up to the front door of all our homes. They do it all with care and expertise. We find them to be very responsive to our needs if any concerns arise. They have a knowledgeable, hardworking crew, and we always know who the point person is for every job. Del Pizzo does an outstanding for us and we enjoy our relationship. Thank you Hayden, Steve, Casey, Nate, and your whole crew for keeping our HOA’s entire grounds so green, healthy and groomed!

We’ve had the pleasure Northpoint Land Construction building a retaining wall and paver section at our home the last couple weeks. I can’t say enough good things about this company, their employees and their customer centric quality driven attitude and performance. This project started out on the right foot with the owner Richie Morales showing up when he said he would to look at the job and then getting me a quote within a couple of days. It just got better from there. They showed up to start the project when they said they would, and worked on it every day until it was done. They did a spectacular job. Everything was done with quality in mind. They cleaned up after themselves moving dirt around, grading it out and leaving our place looking like somebody really cared a lot about what they were doing. They’re a first class outfit, in every way and I can’t recommend them enough. I’m sure we will have them back in the future for other hardscape projects.

North Point is the best landscape company I’ve worked with. Richie is professional, honest, creative and responsive. His crew reflects those traits, works hard and always cleans up after themselves. I highly recommend North Point.

North Point is the best landscaping company in the Spokane/CDA area! Richie is so great to work with, their entire time is well mannered, has great attention to detail, and work extremely hard. They communicate through the whole project and do outstanding work. If something goes wrong, they always make it right. We couldn’t be more happy with how our project turned out!

I have worked with Richie and his crew for 5 plus years. They have high professional standards, they are reliable and they are the best in the business. They can handle any project including landscape design, excavation, retaining wall installs and more! For high end custom homes. There is no team I’d rather work with.

Emilee in team took on a big seasonal cleanup job in our large yard and did an amazing job! They were careful, clean, and detail oriented, and left my yard looking totally renovated. I would work with them again for any of my yard care needs.

Emilee is fantastic! We used her to clean up the millions of pine needles and pine cones in our wooded yard. She did a great job scooping it all up and hauling it away. We also had her refill our wood bark and graveled areas. I'd definitely recommend her for any yardwork you need done! Five stars!

Emilee did an excellent job on my mom’s yard! She offered a range of services to choose from, and we went with a bi-weekly mow and seasonal cleanup—at an unbeatable price. She was professional, reliable, and efficient. I highly recommend Kalin Lawn Care!

Emilee delivered outstanding lawn care services. She was punctual, professional, and demonstrated great attention to detail throughout the process. From mowing and edging to overall maintenance, her work was thorough and exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality lawn care.

We just had Emilee clean up our leaves. We have 4 large maples trees and it is a huge undertaking. We had already done a cple of weekends worth ourselves when the leaves had just started to fall, but the husband has cancer and I work a ton of hrs--we were tired!! Thanks to Kalin Lawn Care/Emilee--our yard has never been so clean! We could NOT have done it ourselves this nice. She did a phenomenal job. Got in every nook and cranny. Had to do a lot by hand as we have river rock edging in the front and back yards, and a river rock driveway, parking area. Our neighbor noticed the empecable job she was doing and hired her as well. We will definitely use Kalin Lawn Care again. Thanks Emilee!!
