Very pleasant experience overall! Called in the morning to diagnose a washing machine leakage, was originally scheduled for 2nd day but received a call from technician around 4PM saying he could come take a look on the same day wow.

The tech, Stanislav, was proficient at what he was doing, and a very polite gentleman. He was able to identify the issue after 20 minutes (a tube went loose likely after a heavy load, which I did have), and quickly fix the problem in half an hour. What a pleasant surprise to have your main appliance back in normal working order today n the same day.

The only thing that I would hope for better was the pricing. I was charged a repair labor fee of $290 (diagnose fee of $99 was voided since I did the repair with them). According to the tech, this fee was fixed based on the brand and other factors, so it felt high for us but might work out better for a more complex repair. It would be perfect if they bill by hour for minor repair like this and provide greater value to customers - hence one star deducted.

Nevertheless, would not hesitate to recommend this company for anyone having appliance repair needs!

This is the best experience I`ve ever had with appliance repair service. We needed our dryer to be fixed because it was making a horrible noise and I found this company. The scheduling was so easy, they said they`ll call when technician will be on the way to my place and they did it. On the scheduled appointment date he was on time, very pleasant and professional. The technician was completely prepared, diagnosed the problem quickly, fixed it quickly and cleaned everything up after the whole process. They were great from start to finish. Made an appointment online and Vlad called the day of appointment to confirm arrival time. Technician called to say he was on his way, and arrived right at the beginning of the time block. After a quick diagnosis he gave a quote and repaired our combo washer. Start to finish in under 30min. Honest, trustworthy, knowledgable and reasonable price.... Highly recommend!

After moving in to my new house, I was surprised to learn that my dishwasher wouldn't start. The "clean" light was on, but the controls were unresponsive. Arsen was knowledgeable, communicative, honest, ordered the exact parts we needed, and got the repair done quickly.

We have had our dryer repaired by Appliance Repair several times (years apart - the drum belt wears out after a while) and they have fixed the problem both times to our satisfaction! They’re super quick to respond and can usually get a technician out to us within a day or two, if not the same day. Work was done at my rental. The technician was very professional and on-time. Everything went well.

We had a circuit board go out on our cook range. The front burner would not heat.. The service was fast. We had a clear explanation on what the problem was. We had to order the circuit board. Communication was good once the circuit board came in we had it installed, and I was back in the kitchen, burning things up.☺️
