Andy Smith, dba, Evolved Structures, is a General Contractor in the truest sense of the name. A "hands on" professional who can do it all, including electrical and plumbing, which can eliminate the need to halt a job while waiting on some other contractor. This can save the customer a huge amount of money; it certainly did me.Over the past 11 years, Mr. Smith has completed many projects for me. These include: adding a 2 car grg, removing walls to turn a basement into a Home Theater/Game room, installing a HVAC system, constructing a storage shed & patio cover, adding a walk-in closet & laundry room, rebuilding an oak staircase, and several smaller jobs. All were completed in a very professional manner. Highly recommended!

We have used Evolved Structures (Andy Smith) for numerous projects over several years and have grown to trust the high quality of his work. We have used him for a large local project in Kirkland, WA, as well as out of town work in Snohomish, WA. He even traveled to Southern California to help us repair and convert an investment property for our personal use. We appreciate having a highly qualified, dependable and trustworthy individual for nearly all of our home improvement needs.
