Ryka land services came highly recommended by my architect for a home remodel. Overall very happy with the communication, promptness and quality of work.

I've been hiring Survey companies for years, and recommending them to my clients, and this group is one of the best. I like their attention to detail, and the extra effort to include as many details, like utilities, trees, shrubs, patio's rockeries, topo's and all the other things the various building departments are now requiring.

They are very responsive, and considering the workload, they are faster than most larger companies, while holding the line on excessive costs. They even add the 'Boundary Map', which is helpful it proving height limits.

Their final PDF and CAD drawings are very easy to work with, and they are willing to add anything I think they missed.

I just hate posting this kind of review, because it means they will get even more busy. :-)

Ryka was clear and communicative throughout the survey process. They were also able to coordinate with a landscaping crew I hired to handle clearing the paths they needed to conduct survey work on a steep slope on the property. I feel as though their work on the slope was accurate too, as we had an old survey with which to compare that we knew to be inaccurate (you could see the slope steps were clearly wrong with the naked eye.)

Their pricing was also very fair. I would absolutely work with Ryka again for any surveying I need!
