Found Mallard on Google. I needed an interlock installed on my panel to power my generator. Mallard was the lowest pricing out of 3 different local companies and Ryan did an excellent job, and even post installation he helped me over the phone to make sure everything was set up correctly and my generator worked. Ryan Tapp was highly recommended by my nephew where he performed some electrical work for his Lynnwood home. I had Ryan install two new GFI outlets in 2 bathrooms for my new bidget, exterior receptacle, and wall mounted light fixtures in my bathrooms. Blew a fuse, and couldn't get it running again via fuse box. So called to ask for advice or instructions, and it turned out to be a pretty simple overlook of mine which I'll admit was embarrassing, but Reddie was attentive and patient on the phone, and I got my heat working again with his help. Thanksgiving eve generator installation “completed”, but came home at 10 PM without power to kitchen appliances. Generator company not available until Monday. Called Readdi and was able to resolve the problem over the phone at no charge.

I called on a Saturday about a problem with a breaker switch. Eddie answered right away, and walked me through a short term fix that did not require an electrician visit. I scheduled for Eddie to come out that week to replace the breaker switch and a GFI outlet. Eddie was punctual, professional and friendly, and his price was reasonable.
