Aaron and Gavin came out to troubleshoot an issue with the water heater I purchased and had installed by Steve’s Plumbing a little over a year ago. They ran the diagnostics and found no issue with the water heater itself. After checking other things, they determined the issue is probably with the electrical outlet the water heater is powered from. They did however get the water heater working again and advised me to check with an electrician to deal with the issue with the power source. They were prompt, consulted with their colleagues to come up with this diagnosis of the problem. They wore facial masks and practiced social distancing. They were very personable and helped me out on a Saturday. Thanks Aaron and Gavin.

If you are thinking of engaging the services of Steve's Plumbing make sure you ask about their "Standard Rate" for the service you require before ordering a $59.00 service call. If they will not tell you then do yourself a favor and find another plumber. I recently made that mistake and ended up with a nearly $500.00 charge for a job that took no more than 20 minutes labor and probably less than $5.00 worth of material.........They even added a $5.00 fuel surcharge, at a time when fuel is at it's lowest cost in the last five years.
