I wish I would have received the $25 discount for being a first time customer, but in the end, the service was well worth it. It all started when I tried to tighten the soap dispenser on my kitchen sink. One might thinks this would be the easiest of task, but beware... turns out everything in our "system" was connected and when a small S shaped PVC pipe came loose, the whole works came tumbling down like a Lego tower. The friggin' thing was even held together by zip ties!!

Enter Tory from The Local Guys Plumbing company. I just happened to luck out when choosing Local Guys. We had a business card from another company, which shall remain nameless (hint: rhymes with Mold Peel). So, we call Local Guys and the next day he's here ripping unnecessary junk and useless parts from under the sink and gives to us a very clean/simple kitchen sink setup! Could not be happier. I immediately threw the card from the old company and replaced it with Tory's Local guys Plumbing card.

I run Dee's Dog Grooming. Our hot water heater went out on a Tuesday night. They came and determined I needed a new part. They knew I couldn't open with no hot water. They had me up and running in 2 days. Other companies said 2 weeks. John was incredible! Dee's Dog Grooming is forever grateful.

Its always a challenge to receive honest and affordable repairs when your a single working woman. This is my second time having Local Guys out and Im a customer for life! We’ve used The Local Guys to fix some water lines and install a new hot water heater. All the work is top notch and we were scheduled very quickly! Very reasonable prices as well, I would recommend them and use them again for any future plumbing needs.

I'm so happy that I got in touch with Local Guys Plumbing! Really fast friendly service and reasonable rates. So reasonable that this visit cost me half of the ballpark quote I got over the phone. I thought for sure that I needed a main drain cleaning and Tory inspected, diagnosed and found the true problem which cost less than I had been prepared for. That's the kind of service I will come back to every time. Also found out that they service all things plumbing related from hot water heaters to leaky faucets. Now there is only one plumbers card in my Rolodex.

Had the local guys out to work on my bathtub. They got here in a timely matter, were professional and affordable. Would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for a plumber!

They got here 45 min before appointment (yay), neat and professional. They had to cut out two leaky copper drain pipes from the laundry room. Gave me the price (very reasonable) before starting. Did the job quickly and neatly and as they advertise -- no mess to clean up when they left. Gave me valuable advice about Drano/Liquid Plumber and old copper pipes! Very easy to talk and work with. Totally satisfied!!

We are very happy with the work The Local Guys Plumbing did for us. They were able to schedule and come out same day, and a Sunday at that! What a relief to not have to squeeze it in on a week day! They were friendly and professional and were done in a timely manner. We would recommend to a friend and will definitely use them again!

Tory knows how to do anything in the plumbing world, being one of the few master journeymen plumbers in the INW. They came out and took care of multiple issues I was having with a laundry box and the mainline for my house, and did it on a Sunday!!! No extra charges for weekend service either.

We called for a quote on a pretty bad leak & a hot plumbing mess under our sink. John was to the rescue within 2 days and he did an amazing job! Very kind, knowledgeable & honest! I had the local Guys Plumbing come and remove an old water softener and filtration system. He also replaced the faucet in my kitchen. During the removal of the water softener he notice an issue with my water heater that could cause a problem if not fixed, he fixed it as well. This was not an up sell. He was friendly, knowledgeable and respectful of my wood floors. I highly recommend the Local Guys Plumbing. They have my business going forward.

This company and its owners are phenomenal! I have used them for emergency line clearing, preventative service to keep the drains flowing and even had them re-pipe my old house with pex. Even used them at my work when I had a 4” hot main rupture at 11pm on the weekend and they were there in a flash! They are up front and honest about costs and even if something changes, they explain why and get approval in advance. It’s so rare to find service levels like this anymore and someone that you consider to be honest and just a great company. They are now my only go to plumber!

Great company. I had three plumber's at my home that couldn't figure out why my water pressure was so low. Called The Local Guys and they figured out the issue right away and replaced a failed pressure reducing valve in my crawl space. Highly recommend!!
