Brandon was great from start to finish. He worked around my hectic schedule and took the time to walk through what I wanted to accomplish. He was very thorough when reviewing fixture placements—making sure everything lined up symmetrically and didn’t interfere with the existing ones.

The bid he provided was clear, easy to read, and simple to review. On the scheduled day, he showed up right on time and stayed communicative throughout the project. Even with my in-and-out schedule, I never had a single concern about the work being done.

The level of care Brandon put into his work really stood out. From carefully placing light switches to cleaning up the job site (he even brought his own vacuum!), his attention to detail and pride in his workmanship were top-notch. Great company to deal with. Every company shows their true colors when an obstacle arises. In our case we had some minor problems, Sea-Tac Electric stepped up and made everything right. This organization is a class act not only do they do great work they take care of their customers.

Maybe don't drive like an idiot in a company truck passing people on the shoulder multiple times?

I have never used them for their electrical services. I was however tailgated by one of their drivers this morning (11/14/18) headed on I-5 south in the far left lane. the driver got off on the same exit as me, 111 (Lacey) and I was very tempted to give that person a piece of my mind. that lane is for passing, which I was attempting to do but was unable to do right away due to a long line of semi trucks that were in the next lane over. It is also the lane where speed tends to be a bit higher in the drivers, so this driver was going quite fast AND riding my bumper! Pretty unsafe if you ask me.

The management of this company is a joke. One of their drivers ran me off the road and threaten to do bodily harm. When I called to report it to the management the receptionist took my information and said she would have them call me back. I never heard a word from them. I was left with no choice but to file a complaint with the sheriffs department. You would think a company would care about the image their employees portray about them. What a joke of a company.

Came to our clinic in the morning with a partial power failure in half the building, very perplexing and concerning because critical systems were down like the fire alarm and computers. Not a circuit breaker problem. Called several Electric companies, Sea-Tac sent Marcel and crew 45 minutes later, competent and informative . Diagnosed the problem and made the call to Seattle City Light for us to explain the issue. Power on next morning

Got hassled by a worker over a public parking space outside the best buy being worked on. Extremely rude about me asking if i was parked somewhere private. Someone probably could have simply told me that it was for workers only but he really wanted confrontation. I appreciate the other coworker who spoke to me like a regular person after him though. Tighten up that leash.
