They charged me for permit and inspection but never applied. They are not responding to my calls or text, how will they ever help with warranty claims? Stay away and choose a reputable and long time installer instead

Edit2: They resolved it quickly this week. Sent me the permits as well as inspection. That said, the installation was clean and I am happy with everything so I’m going to bump up the ratings

Hired this outfit for our minisplit installation and they did a great job. They were knowledgeable and easy to talk with during the estimate process. All said and done, they had a ln agreeable all-upfront price for the system, they clearly outlined the work to be done and hardware used, they did the job 100%, and with after-install follow-up - I'm very happy I went this team.

These guys do their best to install and care for your HVAV needs and don't try to upsell as much as many other companies. You may need ro clean up the areas they worked or accessed but it is something you can clean up. They seem to care seriously about how their customers think of their work. Thanks

These guys are amazing! Having used other companies, these guys are awesome. Scheduling was super easy and fast. They arrived promptly first thing in the morning. Alex had our a/c up and running in about :15 minutes. He took the time to explain what had gone wrong and even leveled out our a/c unit while he was here. Pricing was very fair. I can't say enough good things. Just call them. I will the next time I need service.

We had a great experience working with Dmitriy, Alex, and Mark to install a ducted AC/heating unit on our second floor. As others have pointed out, the initial attraction of Leo's is their pricing, which beat the other quote we got by a country mile. But we didn't feel we had to sacrifice professional service for savings. Dmitriy was knowledgeable and patient walking us through our options and was always available when we had questions. He even put us in touch with his insurance rep to help us understand how his labor warranty works. Alex and Mark installed the system in two days and came back quickly to fix a kink that popped up on the first day. It now works great! We also appreciated that Dmitriy identified a hazard with the electrical wiring to the compressor for our existing unit and had his team insulate that free of charge. Altogether, we're happy we went with Leo's and would recommend!
