Great service. Showed up soon after we called and advised on what our options were. All were reasonable and office staff was very responsive.

My partner and I worked with Alex and John from Renew Electric to run some new circuits for an electric wall oven and an induction cooktop, as well as a full home inspection to assess the quality and safety of the electrical wiring throughout the house. They did a great job, and they also explained the work they were doing, fixed unrelated electrical hazards that they discovered along the way, showed proof that their work passed city inspection, and were very friendly about the whole process. They took detailed notes from our conversations and referenced them regularly, assuring that every small detail and passing comment was accounted for. They even accommodated our scheduling delays and returned to finish the work when we were ready, without charging extra trip fees or anything. They installed our wall oven themselves and ran it through a series of tests to ensure that it worked properly at the highest, most power hungry settings.

I would highly recommend Renew Electric for any electrical work, and I intend to work with them again in the future. They are some of the most professional and courteous contractors I've met. Even their home inspection report was meticulously detailed, documenting every code violation or safety hazard for EVERY socket and light switch in the house. Top notch work!

We were very pleased with the team from Renew Electric. They worked diligently to get the job done, was very courteous and respectful. They tested everything , made sure the work that was done was per spec. Did a good job of making sure they had everything cleaned up. Before they left they made sure all our questions were answered . We have no problem with giving them a call in the future on any issues we have, also will recommend to our friends.
