I called Blake with a tree stump I needed removed. He didnt even have to come out to look at it. I was able to take pictures with a tape measure over the stump and he was able to give me a price over the phone. The next morning he had a guy out!

They came here and had the perfect idea what had to be done getting 3 trees down with 2 drainfields near by! They were twice as fast as I thought they'd be. Nick perfectly planned the job and you could tell it was the perfect crew to do it. I believe we got everything we paid for and more. We've got plenty of trees here. And they will be the one we call for any other tree work.

Being in the crowd today. I noticed the tree crew handled themselves with tact and professionalism. I understand the importance of the tree for the locals. But, tearing down the hired contractor for doing their job, is grossly immature.

Pacific Tree has trimmed lots of trees for me and they have always been professional, on time and have great customer service! Definitely recommend them for all your tree service needs.

Really unprofessional and dangerous crew. They left a mess at a neighbor's and he said he regrets hiring them. Charged a fortune as well comparatively compared to work we had done from another arborist

Very unprofessional and dangerous. We had an incident where the workers cutting down a tree endangered a member of the community by dropping large branches without looking to see who was underneath it. I would even gander he did it on purpose because he didn't like that she was there.

Sure, you may have signs telling folks to avoid the construction area, but if you are aware that someone (either accidentally or even purposefully) is in the work area, you should cease operation until they have evacuated the danger zone.

Thankfully in this situation, nobody was hurt. But I wouldn't be surprised if that wasn't an isolated incident.

If you hire this company, I would recommend you:
1) Have very good insurance if and when they hurt somebody
2) Have a team of lawyers ready when the personal injury lawsuits imminently come.

The men showed up on time and went straight to work on cutting up our fallen tree , even ensuring our fence did not suffer anymore damage (greatly appreciated), in the process. They also cut down other dangerous branches and limbs as requested taking care not to damage any property. The men were professional , polite and respectful and ensure that all was cleaned up before they left. It was a very positive experience and we will be calling them again to cut down trees on our property.

This company is willing to cut down exceptional trees in our city with no regard for the health of our dwindling urban habitat. They are currently in the process of illegally cutting down a huge Douglas Fir at 341 NE 90th in Seattle. There are protestors on the ground actively trying to save the tree.
If you care at all about the trees and wildlife of our city, hire an arborist that does too. This company does not.

Prompt visit for estimate and planning best approach to remove a partially fallen tree resting on a fence line. 3 man crew arrived as scheduled, a safe and efficient team. Adjusted scope of service as the work progressed. Excellent result including pulling my wire fence back into position. Would not hesitate to call them again.
