I am very happy with Rob as a plumber. He and I decided on a date and time for him to come out and look at my plumbing issue. He came out on that promised date and looked at my plumbing issue. We scheduled a repair date, he came back on that date and fixed my plumbing issue very fast.

He is very professional, friendly, nice, easy to talk to, helpful, has fair prices, and does honest work. I will defintely be using him in the future for all my plumbing needs.

Rob has done three seperate jobs for us in the last year.
None were an 'Emergency' in nature, but he still got on them very quickly.
In all three cases he showed up exactly when he said he would, and had the tools etc. he needed to complete each job.
His work was top notch each time. Rob is very professional, efficient, works safely, and what he charged us was really fair.
We were 100% satisfied with all three jobs, and I highly recommend him.

I had an emergency plumbing issue and found Rob by frantically searching Google for local plumbers at 8:30AM while water poured out of my bathtub and no way that I knew of to stop the flow. I left a voicemail for Rob and he returned it within 15 minutes and he first helped me figure out how to shut the water off over the telephone.

Rob was kind enough to offer to stop by on his way to another job and was at my house within 30 minutes. We are in COVID times, so I appreciated the fact that he came to my door with his mask on and was conscious of his safety as well as that of my family. Rob quickly diagnosed the issue, picked up the necessary parts on his way back from another job and stopped back by my house to fix my issue. It only took about 3 hours from the time he returned my call to the time he wrapped up the job. It was fixed correctly the first time and I was able to get back to business as usual in no time at all. He even checked back in on me that evening to make sure everything was working for us.

Rob was quick, efficient, took the time to explain the issue to me and his prices were very reasonable. I will use him again any time I have a plumbing issue and will recommend him to everyone I know who needs a quick, reliable plumber.

Rob stopped by and gave us a quote! He was so prompt at answering my request. It was great!

We were so excited as we had all these little issues and Rob said he could help us with it. Next day we got the quote and agreed to have him come on Sunday. All seemed well.

Sunday came and went. Rob never came, phone went straight to voicemail, no response via text. Still no response.

I am worried something happened as I’ve seen all his reviews from other locals and this seems out of character based off all the other reviews. I hope all is well.

**update: 2 months later - changing to 5 stars!

Just as I suspected, there was extenuating circumstances. Rob contacted us the next week, very apologetic. No worries, life sometimes shows up - we’ve all been there.

Rob has been over multiple time now - fixed all our plumbing needs. Great price and great service! Rob is prompt and on time. Quick to respond too! Thank you Rob!

Rob attempted to fix a leaky pipe, charged us $250 and left. 15 minutes later we called him back because the same pipe was leaking right below his repair. He said he would come back and never did. He never offered us the senior discount advertised on his website either. Besides that, he was surly.

Big thumbs up to Rob. He was able to fix our plumbing the next business day, performed quality work, and was professional in every aspect. His pricing was reasonable as well. We would definitely call him again and highly recommend Rob.

Disappointing because he never showed up to do any work. He came promptly for the initial troubleshoot, we tried to figure out the issue, he seemed vested, flaked a couple times, then ghosted.

I am being generous and giving four stars because he was honest, but sad for him, someone else (honest as well) made some $$ and fixed the issue.

Oh and he is surly like another reviewer said. However, I didn’t feel unsafe alone with him because he remained professional, not super friendly but hey, we all have our own ways of communicating.

Definitely recommend Rob he is on time gets back ahold of you knows what he is doing very fare price wise for sure my go to guy when stuff happens thank you again

Rob is awesome! I highly recommend him. He came out quickly for an emergency and took care of it. He is who would want to call in the Montesano area.

Like other reviewers I had Rob come out to give an estimate on a project we were doing. He gave me an estimate and asked for 50% up front for materials, which is fairly standard so I gave him the money. He then failed to show up to do the work for 2 weeks and I was forced to hire someone else to get the work done on time. He then only have half of my deposit back, it's been over 3 months and he still has half of my deposit. I've been trying to be understanding but at this point he has stolen money for work he did not do.

Rob used to be my go to guy. I'm not sure what happened but I cannot recommend him to anytime.

Rob did a great job installing a new sink and faucet. It was a tricky install, but he made it work and the result was excellent.
