Horrible business owner. Jose can't be trusted or guarantee his work past just a couple of months. Tells his crew to just caulk the work and move on. Don't know how anyone like this can be in business.

I added some of your so called work. I know the type of work you do. I have another 20 or so pictures if you would like. Not a competitor just discusted by how you don't stand by your work. I'm sure you'll try to come up with an excuse like you have in the past but your work speaks for itself. It only takes one bad service to show the type of company someone has. Customer Service 101.

Chavez Construction replaced drywall that had been water damaged on one occasion and later did drywall repairs where cracking had occurred due to the new home settling. The first work was done by Jose and the second by Pablo. Pablo also fixed some creaking floors where the subfloor had separated from the joists. Each time I was very impressed with the attention to detail and the care taken to return my home to an 'as new' condition. Because the work was contracted by the home builder, the cost of the work was picked up by them. However, if I ever need work done from now on, I will certainly call Chavez Construction and highly recommend them to anyone needing similar work done. Job(s) truly well done.

Chavez Construction has had to come to my house twice to patch drywall due to plumbing issues we have had from the house builder. Every time they have been over, the guys have been very professional and polite. One of his guys even went out of his way to adjust our front door and fix it even though he was just there to patch a wall! They have done a great job with the repairs to the walls, and I know that I will use them again in the future!

We’ve now had Chavez Construction come out twice for two different jobs on our new construction home. Each time they were extremely communicative and professional. We’ve worked with many construction companies in the past and these guys are a step above. I really appreciate what a great job they did fixing the drywall and painting. If we ever need anything else done before our year is up, we want them back. And even after our home warranty is up and we need to hire someone, we’re going to use them.

Water stopped working and they came out same day and got it working again. Super friendly and nice company. Completely recommend.

I would give 100 stars if I could!
My upstairs bathroom sprung a leak and my kitchen ceiling fell down. I called every plumber for 70 miles and it took weeks to get one who would even attempt to fix the leak... and he did so with JB weld and electrical tape which (obviously) fixed nothing. I was told that the entire house needed to be replumbed, and that it would take days to complete and thousands of dollars.
Vital Flow came well out of their way to fix my issues. My plumbing was fixed, from the main in the basement to the 2nd floor bathroom, in hours - not days! And, it was fixed correctly. He even patched my kitchen ceiling back up! It has been almost two months and I have had no plumbing issues since.
I would recommend this company to anyone needing reliable, thorough work done. My faith in the skilled trades has been restored.
