Big shout out to Anthony and his boy Sean. Since I moved in I have had quite a few plumbing emergencies and these two have always been on it. From coming on the weekend to staying late to finish jobs. Nothing but respect for them. They have provided me with excellent customer service and take pride in their craftsmanship to ensure the job is done right the first time. Highly recommend and I will be using there service in the future. Thanks for taking such good care of the people in mossyrock and the surrounding areas.

Price is to high but only plumber in area so have no choice wasn’t on time and very snappy wouldn’t recommend learn from me not worth it had to ya e someone from out of town come fix all the items he put in he’s double as is so I had to pay triple to get it done right

Well, they responded after the second attempt to contact them to let us know they were not equipped to deal with our plumbing issue but they did give us a referral to a plumber that could help us. So I guess there's that.

Anthony was very professional, worked well with us and his work was excellent. We couldn't be happier and would highly recommend Universal for any plumbing need.

Run away!!!! A simple water heater replacement is going to cost me thousands in peripheral repairs due to a failure to follow simple best practices. Came un prepared, had to borrow tools and then left them out in the rain after using them. Seemed nice enough at the start but spiraled into a horrible experience.

Tony hooked up two sinks and faucets for us. He was on time, on budget, cleaned up and protected our floors from his tools, etc. It is great to know we have a reliable service in our little area. Thanks Tony!

I would highly recommend this company! For the location of where our water heater is it's not an easy job to work on. These guys went above and beyond to replace our water heater!

Needed to run a new water line from my well to the house ASAP. Had a larger Company come out and they wanted to charge me over 3K! Universal came out and educated me on what I could do to lower the cost and my plumbing. Soon after, they had me up and running, better then it did before, just in time for my son to visit from the Marines. I will be using them again

Completely flaked. Had a leak and said they needed a "special part" to repair and that they would repair it in "a couple weeks". Reason after reason to not do the repair kept coming up...gave up and hired another plumber after 2 MONTHS of getting the run around. Other plumber had it repaired in about 30 minutes.
