Texted Tony to make appt. and got reply next day...we set a date to install new sink & faucet for a week later.Day of,Tony called to make sure he would arrive with all parts he needed for the job,since I had purchased the sink/faucet.Tony and son arrived exactly when they said they would,completed the job perfect,and even called next day to make sure everything was OK..! Nice to have someone local,and highly recommended.

Did a great job replacing my hot water tank and the plumbing to it. I appreciate their good communication and the cleanup they did as well.

They squeezed us into the schedule to come repair a main water line leak. It wasn’t the easiest job, but they got it done at a fair price! I’ll definitely be calling them again when we renovate our kitchen and move a sink!

I called Anthony at 7:30am on Sunday of President's weekend and left a message. He got back to me within the hour to discuss my project. My water heater was leaking and I needed a new one installed that day because I was leaving town and didn't want to go away without having the problem resolved. Anthony said he'd do the job for a small premium, which I thought was very fair considering the circumstances.

From the time of my initial call to the time he left after finishing the job it was about 7 hours. He was kind, thorough, knowledgeable and thoughtful. He and his partner cleaned up after themselves nicely and left me with a brand new water heater with same day service. Can't ask for more than that!

Fantastic service! As luck would have it, on a Saturday during off hours, our shower handle broke while on, with the water running at full tilt. I called Universal Plumbing and Anthony was incredibly kind and patient, walking me through how to get the main water/well shut off, and then how to replace the broken shower valve cartridge. He had me text photos of the shower to make sure it was right and offered great advice. His demeanor helped calm us down and get it fixed ourselves! He later checked back in to make sure everything was still ok. This was huge, saving us what could have been an expensive emergency repair.

Will definitely go to Universal Plumbing in the future for any other issues.

Anthony and his crew are absolutely the best. Not only did they come out a day early, he also fixed my screen door that wasn't moving well. Definitely will use them anytime we have a need and recommend to anyone needing assistance with their plumbing.

Anthony removed the old pre-existing shower valves and installed new valves, and drain assemblies in our two bathrooms. It was quite a job, as neither bath had access panels. He had to cut large access holes through the drywall on the back sides of the showers to access the old valves.

Anthony managed to salvage the drywall he cut out for access and screwed it back in neatly so it could be re-used. The job was quite complicated, taking one and half days to complete. He stayed busy the entire time working with just one lunch break. He also cleaned up after he was done. Very cordial, respectful and professional. This is the second time he has done some plumbing work for me, and I do recommend him.

Great service! They were out to my house just a few days after contacting them and did a great job. Very professional and left my kitchen clean when they were done. I would use them again if I have more plumbing needs.

I just appreciate these guys! Great service. Knowledgeable. I’d recommend them to all! Plumbers aren’t cheap, with that being said… you get a lot of bang for your buck! Well within line of industry standard!
