The home I purchase from LQH has been a dream. It is everything I could have asked for and more. The quality is far superior to other inventory on the market right now. I really enjoyed working with the LQH staff. They were friendly and informative. Highly recommend.

Landsverk Quality Homes have built a gorgeous condominium project across our street. A highly regarded building among neighbors here.
Yes indeed, the neighborhood is now looking better and better.
Thank You

Beyond impressed with our new townhome. Everything is made extremely well and the modern design/interior and extra touches throughout the home are amazing, including the super fancy air filtration/circulation system throughout. Can tell it was well thought out with quality top of mind! Happy to call our new home, home.

DO NOT waste time and money with this company.
From the beginning the employees of this company were incompetent. We spent $140 on application fees to rent a house with them, and they didnt pull their weight to get the job done.
Over a period of two weeks and three revised leases the leasing agent couldn't get the lease correct- it was very embarrassing. Between all three leases the amounts kept changing and being called different things. By the third lease there were fees associated with the rental that were never even discussed in the online advertisement or any previous emails.
Also they are not familiar with laws involving service animals. After sending the credentials for the animal to the leasing agent she never took the fee away the pet deposit fee- I shouldn't have to tell them its illegal to charge pet fees for service animals. I'm not saying that they would, Im just saying the customer shouldn't be the one educating the business.
When I called about getting our applications fees back for their negligence and wasting our time, they admitted fault and said the super visor would contact me- that never happened. They ignored my calls for about a week and finally answered. Trisha, the leasing manager basically had an "I dont want to hear it" attitude and eventually hung up on me.
We weren't comfortable entering a business deal with an unprofessional company. Dont trust this company to have any integrity or responsibilities when they mess up - like children. -
Really disappointed with the follow through on their new homes. The finishes are what you would expect in a new mass produced home, nothing to write home about, with some clear lack of craftsmanship (for example, cabinets were full of sawdust from countertop install).
But what makes this a frustrating experience has been the ongoing electrical/appliance issues and the lack of response from the builder. We’ve lived in our place for 6 months, and we still haven’t received items that were promised during closing. Some of these items prevent us from using certain areas of our home. It was always something or another, and then they just completely stopped responding to messages, phone calls, etc. Two out of the 3 appliances the builder has provided have failed and have had to be replaced, one of them out of pocket. The builder wasn’t willing to help with the broken appliances they installed.
Edit to add: a year in, I went ahead and lowered the rating to one star, as it has been nothing but issues dealing with Landsverk and the house they’re built. In our unit, the LVT flooring has buckled and cracked, the LVT stairs have literal nails popping up through the vinil and piercing our feet. Every issues gets resolved with a bandaid to get it to last until warranty expires. We’ve had so many issues with our plumbing, with the HVAC, with moisture, and with our roof. About 30% of our neighbors had to have their water heaters replaced already, so we are anxiously waiting for ours to go too. -
We had good experiences with the builder. We purchased one of their houses, they are very responsive and helpful on maintenance request. They even helped on roof problem which was not their responsibility (tree branch fell and punctuated the roof). I was really worried about where to find a contractor to come during holidays, but they nicely offered help and came in next day.

Do NOT become one of their tenants. Everything in their apartment is cheaply made. And they try to charge you for repairs that they should be making. When you're blessed enough to leave their apartment, they refuse to return your deposit.
The apartment we rented was located so close to the highway and The noise was TERRIBLE. I do not recommend Ash Glenn LLC.
Dealing with Alexis has been the worse experience as she never responds to messages. I've never written a bad review about a place I've rented because I've never had any issues with the apartments I've rented in the past. The experience has always been excellent until I moved into this place, Ash Glenn in Lynnwood.
They're good at ignoring tenants' emails. They only communicate when they're needing something from you. They're very greedy. Find an apartment elsewhere, or do business with a reputable and respectful company. DO NOT rent any of their places in Lynnwood. They're scammers. Stay away from this company. -
David, who we have known for 20+ years after frequenting a Mexican restaurant he used to work at, has his own restaurant in Marysville. It's called Dos Agaves. David's got a good thing going here We have been several times now and the food is always so good! They also have huge (and strong) margaritas, excellent desserts and the best atmosphere. David's daughter and son both work in the restaurant and it's a true family venture. We can't recommend it highly enough and will be back for more again and again. Thank you David!

Watch out when Duane Landsverk brings his construction circus to your neighborhood. He will damage your property with his heavy equipment then refuse to take responsibility for repairs. Simply asking him keep his trucks and tractors off of private property or to repair damage he caused will anger him. After which he will continue the assults on your property with regularity. Since he began his building project across the street he seems to enjoy tearing up my groomed driveway leaving deep pits, dirt where gravel should be, and tractor tread damage. Oh, but dont ask him or his son to repair the damage or you will earn his special "bully" attention.

Absolutely great rental experience. The unit was beautiful — tall ceilings, all brand-new appliances, and everything felt clean and modern. It also has both heat and AC, which makes it comfortable year-round. You can tell a lot of care went into the place. Communication with the landlord was smooth and professional, and the whole process was easy from start to finish. We were happy to call this place home for the time we were there and would definitely recommend renting here to anyone looking for a well-kept, high-quality unit.

We rented a townhome from our former landlord and had such a positive experience. The home was well-maintained, clean, and in great condition when we moved in. Any maintenance requests were taken care of quickly, and communication was always prompt and respectful. They were friendly, professional, and truly cared about making sure we were comfortable in the home. We felt safe and valued as tenants the entire time. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent a townhome from a responsible and trustworthy landlord.
