I don't write reviews on google. Here is a 1 star for platt at mountlake terrace. negative stars would be better. I called to ask a question about solar panels and guy who called himself Matt literally said he didn't "WANT" to help me. Very rude. I've never shopped with them and never will. If answering questions is too painful for you then maybe don't work at a place where you are responsible to answer people's questions.

They came out to do an upgrade on the panel at my house and did a great job! I called the previous day to make an appointment and they were able to come out the next day (I called around and no one else could fit me in!). Price was very fair and they even helped change out an old GFCI outlet for free- just for safety! Very prompt, responsible and professional! 5 stars for their service! Give these guys a try and you won't regret!

I reached out via their website looking for a quote for EV charger installation. They were very quick to respond! I appreciated the prompt response very much because I called around couple other companies before that and nobody was getting back to me! He gave me a ballpark estimate over some pictures of panel and the distance in my garage that I sent, and I really liked the price, so I decided to hire them right away! The owner even gave great recommendation of what charger to buy and gave me some rebate info too! They came out, did a flawless job! I'm very happy and satisfied w the whole process!
