Blue Flame Heating & Air Conditioning

Service technician excellent. Call center not able to get record of billing address and owner name corrected. Price for heating function fair but we should have been informed that the service didn't include checking the cooling system.

Kaveh foroughi was my tech and he did a very good job doing the maintenance on my properties. He is an excellent technician. He is honest and polite and explained the options without making me feel pressured.

We called Blue Flame and scheduled a furnace maintenance with their agent who also said “of course we install water heaters and can give you a quote.” Fast forward to the scheduled maintenance day, the technician calls me and says Blue Flame doesn’t service water heaters and she will have to cancel the “water heater service.” I tell her we schedule furnace service and asked for a water heater bid, and that we still want the furnace service. She says oh okay and never shows up to the home. Terrible customer service and very unprofessional. They did not respect my time and did not communicate well. Do not use Blue Flame unless you want unreliable and untrustworthy people in your home.
