Recently, I noticed a leak near the sink connection. Their technician fixed it carefully. Everything is fine now.

I had the pleasure of working with Ryan Collier, who was super fast, friendly, and efficient. I contacted Jim Dandy after a plumber decided to cancel on my last minute, and they had Ryan come out a couple hours later to reposition some water lines and drainage. If I could give them 6 stars, I would.

Great experience with Jim Dandy Sewer & Plumbing and with the technician, Austin, who came out. I was given a straight forward quote, Austin called to let me know that he was on his way and about when he would be at our house and he did an excellent job at repairing the pipe under the house. I couldn't ask for better service. Thank you! I know who to call from now on and who to recommend.

Excellent, reliable, and extremely professional. When a issue arose, I called and they responded immediately. The sewer line to the house is under an easement which can be troublesome. The Jim Dandy crew was very respectful of the others using the easement and when the work was completed--you could not tell the easement had been disturbed.Their work is fantastic. I highly recommend them for all plumbing needs.

I have used Jim Dandy several times both at home and the office. They are on time, courteous, and communicate very well. We have had their tech Ryan out several times. He is very pleasant and goes the extra mile to make sure everything is in line before he leaves. Very professional company.

When all of our plumbing suddenly backed up and filled our downstairs bathroom, these guys not only fixed it, but were so kind and professional that it was almost a pleasant experience. They had to scope to find a shifted pipeline outside the house, but once identified, had a team out quickly to fix it. We were able to do the digging to cut down on cost, and the team that came out to fix it made it better than it was originally. And although being nice guys to have around isn't part of their job, it was definitely a bonus. They were fun to chat with and made us feel better. Solid value, great work and an excellent experience all around. Highly recommend.

Daniel showed up at my home to take care of a nasty sewage backup I had in my basement. He showed up on time and quickly started diagnosing the issue. He cleared the backup in no time and left me feeling confident that I would not have to deal with this issue in the future He even scheduled a follow up call for someone to come out and make sure the line he cleared is in good shape free of charge! I normally don't write reviews but Daniel was so exceptional that I felt like this was the least I could do. I will definitely be using Jim Dandy for all of my future plumbing needs and I would highly recommend them to anyone that has a need for plumbing or sewer work. Thanks Daniel!!

Called at 7am on a Saturday and was able to get an appt at 11am the same day!

They sent me updates on when the tech would arrive, his name, a photo and when he was in route; he arrived a few minutes early!

The tech, Jayson, was knowledgeable, efficient and did a quality job!

I have always had great experiences with everyone at Jim Dandy. While no one likes to have to call a plumber, I know my call will always go to Jim Dandy because of the great people on the phone and the experience of those that come out to our home. My most recent techs have been Mitch and Graydon and they both went above and beyond to ensure a good customer experience.

We were having issues with standing water in our bathroom sink and finally decided to call a plumber. Danny arrived promptly and was patient and friendly in answering our questions about plumbing and pricing. He tried very hard to access the clog causing issues, but it ended up being impossible due to the old pipes and some weird structural issues with our plumbing. We decided to replace the plumbing completely, and were thoroughly impressed with the prompt and detailed quote we received, as well as the quick scheduling to have it completed. Jason and Danny came out to replace the drain and supply lines for the bathroom and were efficient, professional, and respectful of our space as they worked. They were highly knowledgable and explained the process, keeping us up to date throughout the time it took to complete. We are incredibly satisfied with the results and will look to Jim Dandy for future plumbing needs.

Jim Dandy Sewer & Plumbing truly are my life savers. I had a plumbing emergency not to long ago. I remember hearing about the company from a friend of mine who also had an emergency. I called them up, a very sweet gal answered, she was very helpful in getting me an appointment at the earliest time available. I cant seem to remember the young mans name that came out to do the drain cleaning, but he was so polite, very knowledgeable and friendly. Got the job done in a timely manor, left no mess behind. I would recommend having Jim Dandy do any of your sewer & plumbing needs. I know I will be depending on them next time an issue comes up! Thank you so much guys!!

Jim Dandy was out within 60 minutes to fix a blocked pipe. They performed the work for a flat fee. Danny and Mitch were very polite and professional. This was the second time I have used them in the last 5 years. Both times were 5 star. The other time I used them was to replace a tank-less water heater. They provided a quote and competed the work on-time and on budget.

We needed a plumber quickly and Alexander showed up the same day and fixed our problem. He was very professional and did a great job!

Local business without heat on Monday morning. Called Jim Dandy and they had someone out within a couple hours and they got us up and running within 45 minutes. Jordan walked me through everything and was very knowledgeable. Did a quick filter check as well. Ran my card right there on his phone and e mailed me a receipt and was on his way. Everyone in the building is very grateful for the service and for not freezing.

Had a broken shower valve body that needed to be replaced so having had a not so great experience with another plumbing service, I gave Jim Dandy a call and was happy to hear they could get a technician out within an hour. Daniel showed up and was able to fix the problem within a reasonable time frame. Price was reasonable considering this was an after hours call. Great job done, great company overall.

Derek was very knowledgeable and taught me quite a bit about plumbing and my water heater situation I had, he fixed the issue.

Called Jim Dandy as we were having some leaking under the sink, they sent someone out same day! Wyatt came out and was super professional, and very helpful. He kept us up to date the entire time he was there and left our kitchen cleaner than when he arrived. Could not have asked for a more honest and helpful company as a woman trying to navigate through home repairs on my own!

Just bought an older home, the kitchen pipes (galvanized) of which have had one issue after another in the three weeks we've been here. Fidelity, through which we have a (gifted) home warranty has been simply awful to deal with. One bright spot however, has been Jim Dandy Plumbing and superstar plumber Shane who they contracted for all the work. I never have to wait long for an appointment and regardless of the problem he fixes it swiftly and thoroughly. Thank goodness at least for these guys!!
