My fridge broke on a Sunday.
Dmitriy was able to quickly come within a few hours and put a temporary fix for the fridge to be functional until he could come back with the part that needed replacement, which he promptly did less than 48 hrs later.

Needed repair for my Washer. Googled for Appliance Repair near me and 2 searches forwarded me on to "Dmitry" and Troubleshooters. Decided to book with him. He charges a"fair price" of the initial service call just for him to come out and determine the issue. If he finds an issue and/or uses a part, the initial service fee is applied to the total cost of the repair. Set up same day appt. and he was prompt with a 20 min. courteous call that he was on his way. Best service ever, my dryer stopped working. Definitely didn’t want to buy a new one especially since I’d have to buy a set (so they match).l and unfortunately usually only last a couple years by design. However I decided to see if it could be fixed. Called Saturday showed up within 2 hours and diagnosed the problem they ordered the part arrived today Tuesday and showed up to replace the faulty part in a short window and works better than ever when installed.
