I contacted Volta on behalf of a real estate client, and we were accommodated on the same day. The issue was resolved, and everyone was pleased. It is a pleasure to collaborate with Volta Electric!

Had outlets installed for crawlspace sump pumps. Everything was done professionally and flawless. The technician really took pride in his work.

Volta relocated my 220v range plug when I purchased a new range. Showed up on time, did a great job including cleaning up. Reasonable price and good customer service. Definitely will call them again for my next electrical project.

Volta wired my entire new house and did an amazing job, especially on the LED work we did. I am an architect and have worked with numerous contractors including electricians on my projects, and I have to say that Volta is the best by far in terms of communication, knowledge, workmanship and professionalism. I highly recommend them to all my clients.

I had such a positive experience with the company! I was able to schedule an electrician within 2 days. He came on time & fixed 2 issues. The price was reasonable. Highly recommend!

Short version. Sergei failed to show up on the planned day. I called him 50 minutes after our planned meeting time of 1PM, on February 24th, 2023. He had forgotten about us and was on another job, an hour away in Seattle. After much conversation, he said he would head our way and be there in an hour. When he arrived (now two hours late), he got right to work. He quickly drilled through some other house wires that were in plain view while drilling through an exposed wall stud (he did make repairs afterward). He finished in about 40 minutes, including the repair to the other wires.
The City of Renton electrical inspection was supposed to be the following work day, Monday, per Sergei. We had someone at house all day on Monday to meet the inspector. The inspection was cancelled by City of Renton because they said that Volta's business license had expired. I called Sergei and he said it was just a technicality and he would handle it within the hour.
Later that day I called him again to see if he did get the license paid up. He said he was too busy and would do it tomorrow. This went on for over a week with numerous phone calls, text, and emails. Broken promise after broken promise.
Finally on March 8th we got our inspection signed off and the job was complete.
I will say that Volta's price was fair and Sergei was polite, but the hassle to get him to simply wire up the charger and get it inspected as agreed upon was almost comical if it hadn't wasted so much of our time.
I would not use Volta again.

Asked the business to install an EV charging outlet and the company install 50 AMPs breaker without doing the correct math for the load. I reached out to the owner thinking that there is an issue with the install as it led to overloading the main breaker which is maintained by the HOA. The owner stopped by and claimed that the installation is correct. The problem is not with the installation as it's with the load and the breaker used. Texted him multiple times, he stopped replying to my text and I haven't heard back from him. HOA hired 3 other licensed electricians to diagnose the main breaker issue and all of them agreed that the load is above 100 with the 50 AMPs installed breaker and reported that back to HOA and now HOA is asking me to fix this and install a breaker with lower AMP.
The owner doesn't stand behind his work.

Was initially pleased until the fixture I had Volta install, but it stopped working and circuit breaker tripping. I was told twice, once by text and once over the phone they would send someone out to check it but nothing. Gave them another chance via text to make good on their promise to send someone out before I posted this review and was ignored. Buyer beware. You’ll want to pick a more established company even if you have to wait. I’m gonna have to pay twice to get the job done right.
