Out of town. Got here 5 days after paying $200 for 1600 sq ft townhome. They comletely skipped bath tub/ shower. Supv. , after trying to call for 3 business days, said, sorry it's been more than 24 hours. That's what you signed. I did not sign anything. My daughter hired to clean as she moved out. They could of given me a $25 off next cleaning as a past customer but nothing. Never again.

I've had The Cleaning Authority Snoqualmie valley clean my house for the last seven years. This past week Holly, Marissa and Raine were here and I was very pleased with how clean the house was after they left and I am picky.

The team does not seem to be invested in the cleaning of my home. They claim to clean the areas in rotation and additional things in the paperwork they leave signed but not always true. I have gotten my home professionally cleaned previously and I feel that The Cleaning Authority teams that have come to my home are lacking the professional quality of cleaning that other cleaning services provide.

Mami and Crystal do a great job in cleaning our house, even the smallest details as cleaning out the drain of the bathtub. It feels so good to come home to a clean house after a long day of work! Thank you to this great duo!

Of course, you always hope for perfection… but how often do you get that?? Well, today Maddi and Olivia nailed it. There were a couple items that I wanted them to focus on, and they actually thanked me for being specific, and again… performed to perfection. I was just going to call the shop and tell Stephanie how pleased I was when I got this invitation to leave feedback. I NEVER write reviews or do surveys, but in this case I feel like it was earned. Thank you, ladies!

I had an initial clean done and was so amazed that we signed up for bi-monthly cleaning and it was the best investment I have ever made. The house always looked and smelled amazing and I was able to have more time to enjoy things that I liked to do on the weekends rather than spending time cleaning. It was especially helpful to have around the holidays and before big parties. I would definitely recommend them!

I have had many housecleaners, and have been very impressed with the Cleaning authority. They are prompt, thorough, and professional.
They concentrate on different areas each time so nothing gets left out of the loop.
The house always looks wonderful when I come home from work.
They use organic cleaning supplies so I feel there is nothing harmful in the atmosphere.

Cleaning Authority has been cleaning our home for over 2 years now. We love it! I go to work and come home to a clean house. We are set up on a semi-weekly cleaning schedule so I never have to worry about bookings. We are very pleased with how thoroughly the cleaners do their job. Stephanie is prompt in returning my calls or emails when I need to contact her regarding a reschedule. I am so happy to have this service right here in Snoqualmie Valley.

I chose The Cleaning Authority as they are a locally owned business. I am extremely impressed with the cleaning and professionalism and would recommend this company to anyone. Another thing that is important to me is to work with a licensed, insured and bonded company as these folks are coming into my home and I want that security. Plus, I am impressed with Stephanie's responsiveness to my emails. She is on her game and I appreciate working with like minded people.

I have to say that I am extremely picky on who I let into my home in general, let alone letting someone in to clean my bathrooms, etc! I am SO happy with our choice to use The Cleaning Authority! My team (Valerie and Heaven) are absolutely amazing and I honestly enjoy having them come every other week! I am home with my son when they clean and they never make me feel as though I am "in the way", even though I have that gift. They even take time to listen to me chat and smile with my son while providing an incredibly thorough and detailed job of cleaning our home. I am so happy to have found people we can trust who do an amazing job!

Stephanie and her team of cleaners have been very professional to work with. Stephanie was very prompt in returning my calls or emails. We loved coming home to a freshly cleaned home! The cleaning was thorough, and it was nice to work with a company rather than an individual so you didn't have to worry about last minute cancellations of someone being sick, etc. My favorite thing was their attention to detail - when they'd go out of their way to clean my high chair, or spend extra time on my hard to clean shower.
