I love it when a team of local craftsmen completes a skilled job! Island Electric installed Infratech heaters in our front porch this week. Running the 65 amp main line from the basement up one flight and then running the control lines out to the porch took a bit more time than we thought, but the team of Chris, Jake, et al kept at it and did a magnificent job! On time, cleaned up, on budget - I will use them again!

At our residence in Oak Harbor, we purchased an appliance that did not seem to work. We called same day and Island Electric had some the same day identify the wiring issue and provide an estimate the same day. The work was completed the next business day. Great service, response time and quality.

The crew showed up on time and answered all our questions during the installation.

Note. We had a three hour power failure one week after the installation and the system worked perfectly.

The repairman came on time, checked out the generator. Found it needed some repair, showed me the parts that needed replaced. He said he could order them and be back when they came in and fixed it. Was very pleased with the results and the service.

after our tree fell on the powerline that runs directly to the house the line shorted out on the weather Matt PSC came out and hook the powerlines back up to the pole, but didn’t notice that the neutral had been pulled from the weather mast when I called PSC back the following day after noticing it, they told me it was up to island electric or because it was Home electrical.
I called Island electric explained to them what had happened. They came out, and they immediately noticed that my entire house was not grounded because the neutral line was not hooked up to the weather Matt they immediately advised me shut down all of the power to the house and contacted PSC to come out re-fix the neutral line .
Island electrode replaced new wires from the head mast to the meter contacted PSC to replace the meter and got my electricity in my house back to a safe condition within a couple of days again I can’t Thank you enough for your professionalism your experience and your experience.

I called them to help with a circuit breaker that wouldn't reset. Although it wasn't an emergency, they sent someone that same day. Turns out the problem had fixed itself, but the guys gave me some great tips on what to look for and what to do if it happens again. Friendly, professional, and helpful are the words that come to mind when I think of Island Electric.

I have used Island Electric twice now both times I couldn't be happier with their crews and how well they do their work!! I've had Light fixtures installed ceiling fans and GFI outlets. I hired them again to wire my new Spa Running power threw my attic from my Panel in my bgarage to the back of my home and put in a breaker box and a 110 outlet! They also fixed several of my outside sockets! Everything they installed is as good as it gets!!~ There is no other company I will ever call but Island Electric! From Estimate to finished job, they are tops in my book!!!

They are very proffessional and clean. They installed a new gas line and Generac 17kw generator in a day and a half start to finish. It has came in handy multiple times since with no issues. They are easy to reach for service and are very thorough.

One of the best contractors I’ve worked with on the Island. Chris diagnosed and corrected an issue affecting the outlets in my bathroom and bedroom. He was super knowledgeable, friendly, and nice to work with. I would trust this team to be honest and fair with pricing for a more complex issue. I appreciated their help and expertise so much.

I was very happy with the man sent on my service call. He patiently explained a number of things and was most helpful. If you don't have a lot of experience with these kinds of issues yourself, this kind of education is quite essential, although not everyone takes the time to provide it. Highly recommend.

I was assisting a good friend with a strange electrical problem in his mid - 50s cabin which I was pretty sure was service panel related and so advised him. Island Electric did an initial inspection and conclude the panel, while old, was a very solid model and they did not recommend replacing it. They did recommend some changes to upgrade the original recessed fluorescent fixture in the kitchen area which eliminated the old ballast and replace the tubes with newer versions which did not need a ballast. While doing that they discovered a switch which seemed worn and erratic and replaced it. All in all, a very reasonably priced job well done and well below the cost of replacing the panel as we originally expected. Highly recommend this folks!

Jeff Rossi's Island Electric is my 'go to' electrician. When I had a major remodel done on my 1950 rental house so I could enjoy living there, they rewired the entire house. When I needed an on-demand generator, Island Electric to the rescue. They always show up and do a great job. I trust Jeff and his crew to do the right thing.

Our back up generator died and Island Electric came and did a great job assessing the problem, provided us with a temporary fix at the time while the new part needed to be ordered. This was terrific as we lost power while the part was on order and without the temporary fix we would have been without the generator to keep us at least partly in service. This kind of creative thinking comes from qualified / competent staff with good experience and knowledge. Great work Island Electric!
