Grays Harbor Plumbing has done several jobs for me, including work on my in-floor heating system, replacing a water heater, and replacing a faucet. Currently replacing an outdoor hydrant. Great company - professional, reliable, and reasonably priced.

Called to adress a leaking water heater. Jim arrived the next morning with a great attitude and commitment to resolution of our issue. Replacement of the heater was the resolution and Jim got about it, even with a broken wrist.
The job got done in a timely and professionally, at a reasonable cost. Two thumbs up!
Jim is coming back tomorrow to address another issue. I am grateful to have Jim to help us move thru the challenges of owning an older home.

Living in a small town can have its challenges in getting services, but Grays Harbor Plumbing is so responsive it's unbelievable! It doesn't matter if it's an weekend emergency or a standard installation, they are the best!

I had a major hot water tank issue at the restaurant I manage this morning. Brittany and Jim both went above and beyond for me and I can't sing this companies praises enough. You two calmed my fears and did everything you could to get the restaurant up and running again. From the bottom of my heart, thank you both.

I think I messed up the last review when I gave one star and put no show I called so many plumbers that didn't show up that I thought these were the folks but these people are the best they answered the phone they make you an appointment you know when it is give you a quote of approximate amount you will have to spend call them they're in Ocean Shores very good. I apologize for the mistake. The only plumber that answers me phone and makes and keeps appointments and is not trying to rob your pocketbook

Robert and Chris went above and beyond. Staying past there shift and even cleaning the mess made by the overflow. Appreciate the help fellas!

They have done excellent work on the plumbing in my house. They are not the least expensive or the most. But you get what you pay for. Always a quality job.

Called, got a quote, signed the contract and scheduled service. They no showed on us multiple times, always had some lame excuse always after the fact. They ended up completely ignoring our calls and emails. Not sure what their deal is, but I could not recommend to anyone. Very unfortunate as there are not many plumbers out here in GH. Ended up going with someone else who got it all done in one day. These guys obviously had no regard for their commitment to me. Very disappointing. Image of contract header included indicating experience was indeed with GH Plumbing company.

Not sure who did the Positive review work - they certainly didn't send that crew for my work. Had some major work & piping addition(s) done - work was sloppy, fixtures not level or straight, unnecessary holes left in the wall - worst plumbing work I've ever seen. Charged more than they said job would cost, were supposed to leave parts to match fixtures & never did.
Guess since they are the "only ones" in town, they can get away with it. Will not use again. Will pay extra for someone further away.

Definitely will not be using this service again as they have a minimum service charge of 151.64. The guy told us it was just a hose that had gotten disconnected I told him that sounded easy enough and I would fix it myself but he insisted it wouldn't take long didn't mention anything about a minimum service charge fee so I allowed him to fix it. It literally took him 20 to 30 minutes but because it's a minimum service charge he had to say it was an hour. Not happy at all about $150 charge just to connect a hose.

Shoutout to Brittany and Jim, from this fine business! Brittany promptly returned my frantic phone call message and scheduled me for the same day. Jim came to my home, unclogged my pipe and fixed my toilet. And he cleaned up the mess and left everything else as he found it! Thank you both, you made my 4th of July weekend!

Brittany and Randy at Grays Harbor Plumbing were amazing! There was a leak under my house that could be heard from the driveway… Brittany got someone out here immediately, and Randy was polite, efficient, friendly, and all-around awesome! I cannot say enough good things about this company, and will be using them again in the near future for a kitchen faucet replacement. Thank you guys so much!

I had a mini meltdown this morning. After 1 week in my new house the showers wouldn't drain and the toilets would not flush. There was a clog somewhere. I called Grays Harbor Plumbing and spoke with Chris. He explained to me that he was all booked up and might be able to help me late today but could not promise. Well to my surprise I received a call from one of his employees just before noon. The technician showed up and fixed everything within about 20 minutes. They truly made my day and I will definitely use their services again in the future.
