Was referred to Greg to replace an outdated panel box and add some outlets. Very professional and has great customer service. Will be using him for upcoming hot tub installation.

Circuit Solutions was quick at taking care of a small outlet issue at my rental home. Very much appreciate their professionalism and communication! Would recommend to anyone!

Gregg’s guys came earlier than expected to my house, did the job quickly and efficiently, and were very affordable. Will definitely contact again if I need more electrical work done.

To begin with, Gregg was late three times for one appointment. How is that possible you ask? He was late initially, so I called him to find out where he was. He said he would be about 45 minutes late. He didn't show up then so I called again and he said he would be another 45 minutes late and then he was late for that time.
When he did get there and start working, he never figured out the cause of my electrical problem but charged me $130 for the visit.
He also told me that he would send me a bid to replace my breaker box. He never did.
I hired "Shocking Difference LLC" for the same problem. They figured out the cause in a few minutes.
The real stunner was before Gregg left, he asked me to go online and "give him a 5-star review". Not "could you please go online and give me a review?", he wanted a 5-star review. I would give him zero stars if it was possible.
A five-star review for charging me $130 for nothing?

The response below just summarily brushes off the review as fake so he doesn't have to take responsibility for not fixing the problem. Believe me, the review above is 100% accurate and true. Just saying "fake news" to anything you don't like is an immature and simpleton response. Unfortunately, we see that all too often in everyday life now.

Ang Greg, if you don't charge if you don't fix the problem I would be very happy to get my $130 refund. If that statement is not fake, let me know and I will be contacting you. Bruce

Gregg was very professional and communicative, and Jason, our technician, did an amazing job! The service was quick and professional, and they were attentive to all the details and explained exactly what was wrong and what they were doing to fix it. Next time I need electrical work done, I’ll be calling them again!

Our lights quit working and outlets in a few rooms suddenly one night. We couldn’t figure out what it was. We replaced a breaker and that didn’t fix it, even had a friend come look. Called circuit solutions and they had their guys at my house within 24 hours. They were on time, and very professional. They inspected every outlet and light that wasn’t working to find the problem and even went up into my attic. They quickly found the problem and now we have all our lights back on. So glad I called. Also, when I called, I spoke directly to Greg. Not a receptionist or a voicemail waiting for a call back.

They were very professional and helpful. When they came over they were courteous and gave me a good quote for the work they had to do. When the time came for the installation they were early, worked quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will be reaching out when I need more work in the future.

Greg turned up about half an hour late for a scheduled installation of a charger for my electric car at the new house I had moved into. I had hoped to have the work done by the electrician who had done a previous installation for me but unfortunately he was not available. Because Circuit Solutions electric hi so many five star reviews, I was optimistic that he would do a good job at a good price. When he arrived, Greg quoted a price that was three times that quoted by the other electrician. When I balked, he quickly lowered the price. Greg didn’t seem very sure of himself initially but ultimately gave a bunch of instructions to his two “apprentices” and drove off. One apprentice was apparently a son who appeared to be a teenager and his buddy who managed to get it installed. Fortunately, the charger does work but I am concerned as to whether or not it is done to spec. In consulting afterwards with yet another electric company, the price was indeed double what I should have expected to pay.

Supper friendly! On time and does good work! I needed my new septic transfer tank wired from my panel so I could close on my new house and they were able to fit me in asap witch was in 3 days! Definitely recommend!

I called Greg at Circuit Solutions for some electrical work on my house. He was fair with his pricing, accommodating with his availability, prompt on the date of install, and professional all the way around. The work was also top notch. I will be using them again for sure!

Greg was amazing to work with. He installed my ceiling fan in my living room and I love it. It's working well and he cleaned up after his work. He was on time and very polite. I requested to be contacted by an electrician - going through an online contracting app. The same day, I got a call from Gregg Jackson of Circuit Solutions Electric. He stated he would have a crew in my area (I'm a bit off the mainstream) on Monday & they could stop by & give me an estimate around 10:00 am. Two electricians (one team) showed up very close to 10:00 am, I explained my problem (not being able to run all of my appliances in the kitchen & not being able to run 2 room air conditioners at the same time). The electricians gave me an estimate in about 15 minutes ... since (a) I thought the estimate was reasonable, (b) it was getting hot & (c) I had just gotten out of the hospital, I accepted their bid. In less than two hours, they gave me 3 dedicated circuits - now things run great. They were knowledgeable, professional & got the job done. Afterwards, they did a good job cleaning up. I have no concerns about giving Circuit Solutions Electric my highest recommendation, nor would I hesitate to use them again (and am doing so!)

Had Gregg and his team come out to install a pair of EV Chargers (and the included wiring, new breakers, etc...). I also had them install a home energy monitoring system. They got it done quickly and with little fuss. They were good to work with and I will be definitely going back to them in the future. Appreciate the work guys.

So thankful to have had a licensed electrician such as Greg and his crew to fix our burnt electrical outlet, and run new wiring to our refrigerator outlet and living room. Learn something new everyday - it is best practice for refrigerators to be plugged to a dedicated circuit - and not several other kitchen outlets like ours was inadequately set up when we purchased our new home.

These guys did a fantastic job and cleaned up the area better than I’ve ever seen! They are also kind and honest which I noticed when one of the crew made sure the electrical box extender fit right and when the new one they bought for our home had a crack in it they immediately got a new one to make it right. They also went the extra mile to get my microwave working. This company follows the rules for safety and have top notch quality service. Again, can’t thank these guys enough for being here in our community!!!

Fast, affordable, clean, professional and the best overall service I've ever seen. I appreciate their timeliness and courtesy with my home project to update a fire hazard out of date electrical panel box and wiring to the street. They did such an amazing job. I would HIGHLY recommend them to all! Photos included are of the before with the old existing set up.

Circuit solutions is an amazing company. I called Monday night and they had Someone at my house mid afternoon on Tuesday. The owner is remarkable and the tech that he sent out Jason did an awesome job. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs any electrical work done. I will definitely be calling them again if I need more work done.

Greg was excellent! I had a wiring issue in a switch in our new house that prevented two wall sconces from operating. He came in, trouble shot and within 30 minutes knew the issue and fixed it within the hour. Greg is a straightforward gentleman and when I asked about other electrical project I have and he talked me through what he would do and said I could likely do it myself if I wanted to save money. I also had him come back the next day to do another small project on my breaker box. I’d recommend this company to friends and family. Thanks for the great work and will use again if I’m ever in need.
