Really is a Shocking Difference. Called to have a stage 2 EV plug installed. Prompt service, and very professional. Zeb did a great job explaining to me what they were doing and what was required to fullfil my request. They did a great job cleaning up everything and making sure I was happy with the service before they left.

The experience has been great! I received a ridiculous quote from another company that had some sale scare tactics and I decide to call Shocking Difference to give me a quote. We recently had Yasser and Nash from Shocking Difference come out for a service call to fix some lighting issues, and we couldn’t be more impressed. They were incredibly responsive and professional from start to finish. Not only did they walk us through several options to resolve the problem, but they also went above and beyond by converting our older kitchen lighting to modern LED can lights. The entire job was done in just a few hours, and the results are fantastic. Our home is now noticeably brighter and feels much safer. Highly recommend!

Jared was super friendly and great at communicating with me through the whole evaluation process. I havent hired him for the job yet, but the evaluation for the work that needs to be done was thorough and he gave me multiple itemized lists of the potential cost depending on which route we want to take for how to fix the problem. He also did a safety check and was able to identify a few things that are still working but are past their expected expiration date so we can know what work will likely need to be done in the future.

This is our third experience with Shocking Difference. All requests were quick to respond with technicians being professional, skilled, pleasant, and trustworthy. This most recent visit involved a ballast replacement in an older flourescent light fixture. Jake and Chuck were extremely efficient in getting the job done well in a very short time frame in response to my own limited availability for the day. Can't remember my kitchen ever being so well lit! Shocking Difference has proven to be reliable and fair priced and will be our "go to" service company for all future electrical needs.

Josh and Max came to my house because my meter box was toast. They diagnosed the problem pretty fast, and were very kind and honest about the issues and pricing. Very down to earth guys. Problem is all fixed now! Will definitely use this company with any more electrical issues.
