Justin and team removed a very large grand fir on our neighbors property which was continually dropping large branches, one which went through our roof last winter. These guys were so very careful and professional. Lowering limbs to assure property was minimally damaged. Then they totally cleaned up everything, even blowing off chips and a few small branch pieces from our deck and roof.

We had a large, 20-year-old Japanese Maple that had been in decline for a couple of years. Not wanting to admit the reality, we looked on Yelp and asked several Arborists and Tree Service companies whether they would be able to assess the tree and advise us on next steps. Within 24 hours, Justin, from Arbor Tree Care responded. He was out analyzing the tree before many of the other companies had even bothered to respond to my initial inquiry. He’s immensely knowledgeable, wonderfully personable and in no way pushy. He gave us his opinion and recommendations, helped us weigh the pros and cons of each option and ultimately let us decide. We had a set price in mind and were willing to do the cleanup ourselves to save costs, but with Justin and his fair pricing, that wasn’t even a concern. In a couple of days, he and Will were tackling the tree like champs - in and out in under an hour! We’re a bit particular and they were patient, good natured and kept a great sense of humor, despite all our pestering and last-minute requests. I don’t know that I’ve ever had a smoother, faster process with anyone contracted to do work at our home. Justin and his crew are hard-working, efficient, and just all-around good guys. They even did the cleanup we didn’t pay for them to do. I don’t normally leave reviews, but I was just that impressed. Without a doubt, should I ever need any kind of tree or shrub care, I’ll be calling them. Thanks, again, guys!

Justin and his crew were very professional and efficient. Prior to starting, Justin gave a thorough review of the job needed to be done to make sure it was as we discussed. His crew worked safely and they cleaned up the work areas well. Very competitive price...will not hesitate to use them again for future tree care needs.

I was looking for a few trees to be removed from my property due to what I thought were in bad condition, so I requested a quotation for removal. Justin inspected the trees in question and advised they could be saved but would require some pruning and cabling of branches. Which saved a number of trees which otherwise would have altered the look of my yard.

Justin and crew are awesome. They arrived on time and were professional, friendly and super-fast. They even cut down an extra small tree in the front yard upon request. Justin cut out two discs from the widest part of the tree trunk for me when I asked him for my craft work and also gave valuable advice on how to dry them without getting any cracks. They did a fantastic job on the cleanup and hauling. Overall a job well done from start to finish. Already referred them to our friends who needed tree cutting and will do so in future too.

Justin is a true professional! He arrived on short notice to conduct an inspection on several trees - completely free! His credentials and the reviews speak for themselves. Other companies charge upwards of $200 for an inspection but do not guarantee their estimate. Why pay for an inspection when you can get it for free from a credible and trusted expert. Randomly got wind of this company and had a meeting with him to discuss my project he was quick and got the price back to me rapidly. We had an 80 foot cedar with four shoots off of it. He came in a week's notice and took it down in one day safely. Was respectful of my property and did exactly as decscibed. I would highley recommend this group. Oh and they cleaned up very well.

I reached out to Justin on a Friday and had an estimate for four trees by the next business day. Justin is a true professional. He won't try to sell you services that are unnecessary, is extremely competitive in his bids, and one of the most knowledgeable people in Thurston County based on my experiences with multiple companies and seeking multiple bids.

Due to personal circumstances, I was not able to move forward with the job. Justin was kind and made sure I knew he was available when I was able to move forward.
