What a fantastic job they did. I couldn't have asked for a better job done. They fell trees in the direction I asked and did not leave a mess for me to clean up. They left my yard very clean. They were very careful in all the work they did. I would definitely recommend this company. Very easy to work with and as I said they did a fantastic job.

I hired Oly Tree Care based strictly off of their online reviews and a personal recommendation from another who’d had them do work for their HOA and individual homeowners. I had a lot of work wanted done at a home I’d just purchased. I called and Ronnie came out the next day to give me a bid which I had by the end of that day. I called to schedule and when it came time for my appointment they were two days earlier because of water problems at the job scheduled before mine. The crew were informed, well-trained, and very knowledgeable about tree health and best ways to trim. I can’t express how impressed I am with their finished work! It actually looks better than what I was expecting, not knowing much about how it would all work. Very happy! If you’re looking for certified arborists, look no more! Great prices! Great service! The crew are treated well by their employer and it shows. I appreciate that.

Where could I possibly start ? I called and Ronnie came out next day, looked around, he picked out critical trees, he gave me a daily rate, we scheduled, crew showed up, did work, cleaned up nicely and off they went, Ronnie did a check up call, I was happy, I paid and that was it. The crew was great, Ronnie was great and office staff was great. Our house is safe from trees and when the time comes up, we'll use them again and also refer them to others. Olympia Tree personnel were very easy to work with. From onsite estimate to project completion was quick.I had two larger trees taken down and a large green maple heavily pruned to bring in light. It looked fantastic! I plan on using them again soon and would highly recommend Olympia Tree.

We had to remove a maple tree close to the house and cut several tree branches of our firs for higher clearance as well as removal of storm damaged branches. Everything was done to our satisfaction. They also winter pruned our fruit trees which hopefully will result in better production of fruit. The team was friendly and courteous and cleaned up after themselves.

They were honest, prompt, and professional. I had a hazardous tree growing in my tightly spaced garden. They removed the tree by gently cutting and lowering it a piece at a time without damaging a single plant.

Everyone was very professional and patient. The removal of my trees and stumps were completed right on time. My yard was left in great shape with all limbs etc. removed. My eight year old loved watching the men work and was so impressed they took time to answer his questions and even gave him some great pieces of wood for projects. We hired Olympia Tree Care to trim/prune a tree and large rhododendron while we were out of state. They were professional, communicative and provided images before and after their work. We are very happy with their work and would hire them again.

Ronnie and the crew from Olympia Tree Care were wonderful to work with and most reasonably priced. They removed two dead alder trees for me within a very tight space. The job was done with confidence and safety and quickly. They took all the wood, replaced the fence panel that had to be removed and did a very acceptable cleanup. I’m pleased and would highly recommend Olympia Tree Care.

They did everything I hoped for. I needed advice about tree health. I contacted their office (very responsive). They came out and assessed my trees. Two large trees needed pruning. I accepted their fair bid, was scheduled soon after and when the came to do the work, they were basically in and out, and did a nice job.

We had a tree fall completely over the house. The base was at all least 3 ft in diameter. I first called a person refered to us. Unfortunately, he was injured and could not take on the project. He provided me with companies that know him personally. I called and am so grateful that the company available was, Olympia Tree Care. They were by far the best work I have ever seen, and that includes a tree company I had worked for. They are fair, kind, generous and complete in every detail. They exceeded my expectations. I was very impressed with the work that was done to remove a very large cedar tree. They had to bring the tree down between power lines which added additional complications to the job. When they were done I was amazed at the quality of their cleanup. It was a very good job!

This is a long-belated THUMBS UP for Ronnie & his team, who removed some hazard trees from our property earlier this year. Every member of the team was great--very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Ronnie was the most responsive tree care company owner/manager we contacted from multiple bids we solicited. He also had the most competitive bid for the services we needed. He explained and handled the county permitting process, was communicative and prompt, and the team handled the job on the agreed-upon timeline. Highly recommended!

Update 07/04/2022: Another thumbs up to OTC for their responsiveness in a job that entailed removing trees from our septic field.

Olympia Tree Care/Service was super responsive and came out the same week to check the health of 3 trees we had. While here, they identified a potentially dangerous situation with one of the trees and recommended cabling to prevent the tree from splitting and falling on the house during a storm. The work was done quickly, and they took the time to explain what they needed to do and then showed us the completed work and provided information on when the cabling would need to be checked to ensure it still provides the needed protection as the tree grows. Great work, friendly and professional too!

From start to finish Olympia Tree Care made the tree removal process seamless. It was a difficult decision to remove the 12 year old tree but, it became an obstruction to the city sidewalk and leaning into an HOA tree it was a must. The team was extremely careful about protecting the area and other tree in their process. They cleaned up the yard, sidewalk, and the street after the tree was removed as if they were never here. Excellent work! Excellent team! I highly recommend Olympia Tree Care!

Ronnie and his crew are the most friendly workers. Answer all questions, are responsive to all requests, and do a terrific cleanup job. I have used them personally for over four jobs plus annual pruning, and our HOA has use them for our street tree pruning. They are extremely reasonably priced for all the wonderful services we get from them. I highly recommend them to anyone needing tree care, especially if you’re no longer able to climb ladders to do it yourself.

I had a great experience with Olympia tree care. They removed a large tree as scheduled, ground the stump and removed all debris. They communicated effectively before and after the job. Would highly recommend this company if you want professional, courteous and efficient service.

Olympia Tree Care responded right away to my inquiry, gave great advice, and got me on the calendar right away. They did a professional job at a fair price. They were careful of surrounding vegetation and removed all the debris. The communication was great at all stages. I would use them again without hesitation.

I'm so disappointed. This company came recommended. I spoke with them and they were going to remove a tree limb on the roof of my house. They never showed up or communicated what was going on and it's been over a week. Really worrying.

Edit: Oly tree care- it was you. Monday I spoke with someone, they were going to have someone out that day. No word anywhere. I've called each day (including after getting your response here) and it goes to voice mail and no one responds. Your phone number says calls are recorded so there should be a record.
