I am very disappointed. I expected a “deep” clean and they did do an amazing job with our showers and toilets. Beyond that, window sills not done, blinds not cleaned. I had to clean of the sills and sweep part of the bathroom floor in master bathroom. Had to vacuum the carpets again and clean underneath the edges of the area rugs. Pet beds were not cleaned under, end table not moved or dusted. Tops of bedside stands not dusted. Toilet top not dusted.
I am in tears, paid $660.00 for this so called deep clean am I had to clean again after the cleaners left.
The one window I asked to be cleaned, not done.
I was really hoping for a spotless outcome. Not so much.
They were very nice.

After posting the above feedback, I received a call from the office manager to see what she could do to rectify the situation and shortly after that I received a call from the owner of Elite Cleaning. Lindsey took notes about what was missed.
Fast forward to today 8/11/2021, I am very pleased with today’s clean. They did everything I asked for and did it well.

My wife and I utilized Elite Cleaning of Washington for a move out cleaning of a large house (3,800+) that we were renting. The team arrived on time and did a fantastic job of cleaning the house top to bottom. I received my full deposit back and I plan to use Scottiejo and her team for all my future cleaning needs.

Deanna was great to work with. They were flexible when we needed to reschedule. Would use again.

ScottieJo and her staff were exceptional from the first conversation we had when in the initial stages of hiring a team to assist us with our move out. The initial inspection and walkthrough was very detailed used as a contract between her and I. On the scheduled day of cleaning all the ladies were there on time and ready to go. Throughout the cleaning the girls took limited breaks and focused their attention to the cleaning. They were very responsive to whatever was asked of them and willing to do a little more to achieve customer satisfaction. I can say enough about the professionalism and thoroughness of the entire team and the outstanding job they did.

They did a great professional job at my unit when the renter moved out. They helped to coordinate the carpet cleaners as well. They came and did an estimate a month in advance and the workers showed up on time. The power got turned off by mistake during the cleaning and they were great at notifying me immediately so I could take care of it. There were just minor things missed: one window on the glass sliding door wasn't cleaned on the inside, and the ice in automatic dispenser in the freezer melted into a solid block and wasn't emptied out when the power went out. Highly recommended

Elite Cleaning has been cleaning my 1,100 sq foot home for over a year now. We pay $170 for four hours of services. It appears that we really only get three hours as I've come back early on at least four occasions to find the house empty and not all the cleaning done. I complained the third time and it was fixed for a bit but this time, I was back over a half hour early and no one was at the house and many items weren't done. It appears I'm paying $56 an hour for work instead of $42 an hour. This fee does include $10 for travel. The remedy was to have another employee clean for us.

When they are good, the service is very good but when they're bad it's bad. I do not recommend their service.

Oh, no we're not messy folks, just two adults and two cats and I clean in between.

Spoke with the owner again today 10/18/17 and she stated two employees worked for a bit over an hour cleaning our home. I'm sorry but it still looked bad. The cat nose prints are still on the window which I've pointed out numerous times. She asked how to make it better and I suggested a full refund for the cleaning. No reply. I've asked for our house key to be mailed back to us. I'll never use them again or recommend to friends or coworkers. I don't really want or expect excuses, just do the job right the first time. Do spot visits after cleanings as part of good supervision.

Terrific staff, always very communicative and let me know even if they’re going to be 10 minutes late. Excellent quality cleaning services and they’re very detail oriented. I highly recommend them!

First wk of March 2019, Elite Cleaning of Washington improved our house of 1,900 sqft, upon move-in, a million times over. My wife was extremely happy with their attention to detail and I highly recommend them.

I was recommended ECoW from family who lived 25 min outside of town. Their personnel were extremely professional over the phone, via email, and in person. We had to wait a week due to weather but their results were definitely worth it.

I was very pleased with the quality of the cleaning provided. The cleaners showed up on time and did an impeccable job, especially when I know my place was a challenging place to clean. I would definitely use Elite Cleaning again.

Extremely stress inducing. I read the other reviews and I'm wondering what went wrong? They are why I chose this company. First of all, this is a well-cared-for house of an elderly lady. Not a dirty hoarder house. A move out deep clean including windows that was supposed to take 4-5 hours in one day with 3 cleaners (total of 12-15 hours) on a 1675 sq ft house, ultimately took 29 hours over three days with mainly one cleaner (8 hours for 2 days (total 16 hours and no lunch breaks) and 3 hours on the third day (this was only his second week working for Elite). And then 3 other cleaners came in at various times for a total of about 10 hours. Upon my first inspection end of day 1, I saw several things that I didn’t think were acceptable in rooms that were supposedly “done.” Mainly grout and soap residue on the shower floor, hard water stains on the shower head, calcium build up on the sink drains, light switch plates still grimey, glass light shades not clean, dirt still in the sink overflow holes, dust and dirt still on the upper area of the tub/shower surround (I don’t think any of the interior had been cleaned). On top of that, only the three bedrooms (no carpeting to clean) a hall, and two bathrooms had been touched. The trim had been cleaned, and I informed the estimator that the walls didn’t need to be scrubbed, just wiped down, so that shouldn’t have been a time factor. The kitchen, living room, pantry and utility room hadn’t been touched yet. Although, I had been told that the second cleaner had cleaned the upper kitchen cabinets, but they still had dirty areas. The next day, after voicing my concerns to the estimator and discussing the problems with the main cleaner, things went better, but at the end of day two, there was still a problem with the grout stains and calcium deposits even after three of the cleaners tried diligently to remove them by scrubbing. This is where my disbelief comes in. Apparently, the company does not supply actual grout cleaner or hard water remover any more (or a step stool for higher areas–they are supposed to just "reach as high as they can"). That's great if you are over 6 ft., not so much if you are under 5.5. Luckily, I had a step stool in my truck so I loaned them that. It appears that if the cleaners want grout cleaner or hard water remover, or any helpful tools or cleaning products other than Clorox powder or Bar Keepers Friend cleaner, they have to buy those themselves or use what the client provides them. Wait! What? I have to supply effective cleaning supplies AND pay $900.00? Confession, I did buy some grout cleaner for them, and what do you know!! It worked!! A $10.00 bottle could have saved hours of time. So much for pinching pennies. Ultimately, after three days, 29 hours and lots of MY time WASTED, I could finally say the job was "acceptable" (yes, I paid the invoice).
I DO NOT FAULT THE CLEANING CREW!!! Especially the one that was here all three days who worked incredibly hard. But, as I said, was overwhelmed having to do the bulk of it alone and undersupplied (plus only being on the job for 2 weeks). Hmm. I read one review that said they would not be charged for the cleaning hours of a trainee. Oh well.
So, should I really complain? Should I really be giving this review? I wavered between a one and a two star. I went with two because, I guess in the end, I did ultimately get what I was quoted, but the journey was not what I expected or wanted, and I wasn't just going to accept a substandard outcome.

I recently hired Deanna and her crew for a move out clean and had a great experience. I'm planning to use them for regular cleans on my house and would recommend them to anyone looking for reliable cleaning help.

Tygra cleaned my house the way I have been asking for it to be done.
She mopped my floors then dried them. No one else has ever done that despite my repeated requests. She cleaned down my cobwebs without me asking her to. She overall was very good at her job.
She is also a very polite and pleasant person to work with.

We had an emergency where we needed someone quickly, and they made room in their schedule to come the next day. The workers were friendly, thorough and pleasant. Afterwords, they asked if everything was to my approval and fixed any things I noticed. Highly recommend!

I lived in my old apartment for 8 years and it looks almost brand new after Elite Cleaning completed a deep clean. I recommend them to anyone who needs a move out clean or just regular up keep!
