Pacific installed a new heating and air conditioning system about three years ago. We were pleased with their work and delighted with the result. We have an old, drafty house but the new furnace warms it nicely and the new AC is even more welcome in hot weather. Pacific recently performed maintenance work, including cleaning, changing filters, and some adjustment to the thermostat--important because we have mobility problems and cannot easily do this ourselves. Scheduling the work was easy and the work was done with courtesy and efficiency. Would definitely recommend Pacific.

Great service. This company has delivered services to us in a very professional and prompt manner. They were also very accommodating and informative about the problem and what it would take to repair it. They kept us informed all the way, and were reasonably priced. They really went the extra mile for us. We have already scheduled them to do more work for us. Great company!

Had a furnace issue, Heater kept on going out. They wanted over $200 for a service call and charged me mileage on an 8 mile trip. The office called a few days later and told me it would cost over $400 in parts and labor. I asked them to email me the estimate, they would not. I am a retired engineer so after the technician left I troubleshooted the problem and a $20.00 new thermostat fixed the problem.
This company is dishonest.
