Reviews of local pros in Olympia, Washington

I was very impressed. I had a few things that were missed and they came back the next day and made everything right and I’m so happy and I love this company. Thank you so much, Carissa. You’re the best.

I recently hired Deanna and her crew for a move out clean and had a great experience. I'm planning to use them for regular cleans on my house and would recommend them to anyone looking for reliable cleaning help.

Cleaners were very professional, friendly and pleasant! They did a wonderful job and I’m looking forward to have them come again. I would recommend Elite Cleaning to anyone. Everyone I have talked to at the company has been friendly and professional. Great company!

Tygra cleaned my house the way I have been asking for it to be done.
She mopped my floors then dried them. No one else has ever done that despite my repeated requests. She cleaned down my cobwebs without me asking her to. She overall was very good at her job.
She is also a very polite and pleasant person to work with.

We had an emergency where we needed someone quickly, and they made room in their schedule to come the next day. The workers were friendly, thorough and pleasant. Afterwords, they asked if everything was to my approval and fixed any things I noticed. Highly recommend!

Nicola
I had Michelle cleaning for me since we arrived in Olympia but when she moved out of town I got Nicola to take care of things. Nicola is just terrific - she is detailed, fast and a joy to be around. I highly recommend her.

Alice

I lived in my old apartment for 8 years and it looks almost brand new after Elite Cleaning completed a deep clean. I recommend them to anyone who needs a move out clean or just regular up keep!

Louise cleaned for me today and I was very pleased.. She was fast and thorough and on top of that, she was really pleasant to have here. I highly recommend Elite Cleaning. They are a professional company with excellent customer service.

Great job and my older children that were home said they were super nice!

Deanna was wonderful in helping us schedule, and Amanda has done an absolutely incredible job cleaning our home. The floors, tub, and sinks look brand new somehow thanks to her cleaning magic, and she really went above and beyond scrubbing our stovetop. She consistently leaves things fresh and sparkling. Thank you so much Elite!

Nicola & Riley worked nonstop, doing a deep cleaning of our house. Results were impressive; we were very pleased!

I've had the service for a couple of months now and love having help with the basics. It's usually 2 people so they get done pretty quickly and do all the tasks that I've asked for and need.

I have used this service multiple times over the past year and every time the cleaners are thorough, friendly, and arrive on time.

Amanda + her team were amazing! On time, friendly and very detailed. To quote my husband “they have totally taken away any cleaning anxiety I had”. We’re so happy to have chosen Elite and will continue with regularly scheduled cleanings.

An excellent job as always. I had foot surgery and Nicola offered to take my trash out to the can since I can’t walk yet. Very thoughtful and so sweet! I love having Riley and Nicola clean my house-the best I’ve ever had

Wonderful job, sweet folks, and my house smells so great!

Amanda, Mackenzie, and Nicola did an excellent job. We appreciated their attention to detail and their friendly nature.

As usual, the service was excellent. On time arrival, professional and pleasant, no wasted time. The house shines and ready for guests. Amanda was excellent ad usual and new cleaner MacKenzie is also a gem.

I am beyond happy with the job the wonderful ladies from Elite Cleaning of Washington did for our first service. They were friendly, thoughtful, and thorough, leaving our home sparkling and smelling great. I'm so glad they will be coming in every other week. On top of that, there is amazing communication with the business, and they arrived right on time.

We had an excellent experience with Elite Cleaning Service of Washington for our post-construction house cleaning. The team was thorough, professional, and left our home looking spotless after a very dusty renovation. Communication was clear and timely throughout the whole process, which made everything easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Professional and courteous staff! My home sparkles like new and smells fresh, not like harsh chemicals. The staff were quick to complete the ceiling to floor cleaning. I really appreciated the communication from the first contact to the estimate and then scheduling. I highly recommend Elite Cleaning of Washington!
