Reviews of local pros in Olympia, Washington

These guys are great. A few years ago they built a waterfall and pond for us that is the centerpiece of our new front yard and we are very happy with the work. I also call them once a year for a spring cleanup or other maintenance issues and they are very professional. We still get very nice comments from our neighbors.

Nature Perfect refurbished my small (2000gallon) backyard pond last year, completely cleaning it, reconfiguring the pump and waterfall system, removing and returning the fish unharmed. It was so nice to have a clean and functioning pond. Now they are maintaining it quarterly. That pond used to be a pain and now it is a pleasure. They do a great job, very professional and a good. value. Highly recommend.

Had these guys come last year and clean our very overgrown pond. They sent a a named Tim who did an awesome job even when it started hailing and I tried to get him to quit and get under cover, he pulled up his hood and kept working. I am so impressed with this guy and the company he works for. I have already scheduled him to come back this year. Great experience, highly recommend

We have worked with Nature Perfect for our multiple landscaping projects for nearly 15 years. They are unequivocally the best landscaping company in the South Sound. They offer expert landscape design and their experienced staff have always made the design come to life as we envisioned. Nature Perfect has provided routine landscaping needs for us such as drainage control, lighting, and planting of trees, shrubs and small plants. The best part of their service has been their enthusiasm for custom designed walkways, water features, paths, and patios. We purchased our home in 2006 and our property has been transformed into a thing of beauty as we have completed each landscaping project with the help of Nature Perfect. We highly recommend them for anyone who is looking for high quality landscaping and design.

I absolutely love these guys! I come here to buy my pond supplies and recently bought a filter container that was defective. They totally went above and beyond to help me get it figure out. Thank you Angie & Jeff ! locally family owned and they are all great to work with!!

I love and many people love my new water fountain!! I must say, the experience surpassed all my expectations! From the onset, manager John and their team demonstrated utmost professionalism and a keen eye for detail.

The craftsmanship of the water fountain is simply remarkable. It’s a work of art that has transformed our place into a serene oasis. The design perfectly complements our building, and the sounds of the flowing water is incredibly soothing.

What truly set Nature Perfect Company apart was their exceptional customer service. it’s rare to find a company that combines great craftsmanship with outstanding customer service.🤩🙏

Nature Perfect installed our pond several years ago. They also do maintenance on it annually. John and his crew are always so careful to care for a fish and they do a great job maintaining our pond. The quality of the products used to make our pond were top-notch, and the workmanship was too, I will rely on Nature Perfect as needed in the future. They are top-notch five stars I can’t see enough good things about them.

I use Nature Perfect to clean my Koi pond annually and they do a great job. I also pick up my pond supplies from them.

Above and beyond is the team at Nature Perfect. It’s one thing to complete a job… But it’s another thing to complete a job and leave everything immaculate. Well done!

I am delighted with the excellent care that Nature Perfect's Pond Maintenance does in keeping my pond healthy and beautiful!

Pretty good selection of specialized landscaping items however, they have limited hours. Also kind of expensive but they have some things you can't get anywhere else. Nice selection of fake rocks. Love the one I got. I was able to cover up a downspout viewing cover in the front yard with this one.

Helped us out with large pond design. We also picked up some koi which are doing great. Honest pricing and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend.

Nature perfect has been artistic and creative in their design and execution of my landscaping project.... . Their managers and landscaping personnel have gone beyond my expectations to create the perfect yard...

Knowledgeable and efficient! The job was completed ahead of schedule and the two who installed were respectful and talented. We highly recommend anyone wanting a beautiful water feature to contract with Nature Perfect.

From planning to completion we had complete confidence in this Team: Our second project with Nature Perfect. Our first project was to create a Backyard Oasis in a very small yard. More than 5 years later it looks even better and we enjoy viewing the plantings from our living room year round.

After a construction project our front yard was a mess. The contractor left a lake in the front yard after installing utilities. Nature Perfect regraded the yard and designed an attractive, round, permeable stone patio with seating walls. Rock was added around the foundation. Stepping stones and new turf replaced lawn. Hardy, deer resistant plants were placed. The result is a semi private seating area with colorful trees and shrubs. The project enhanced our entry and solved the drainage issue.

5 Stars! I don’t know how better to say it. From exceptional customer service, to great pricing, to knowledge of the product and familiarity with the local land, moisture, stone and rock requirements! I can’t remember the last time I spent an hour of a sales person’s time without them losing their smile and luster. Evan is awesome. After all that time, I told him I had to think on it before making a decision. He encouraged us to shop around and make the best decision for ourselves. Not only did we buy from them, but we told him we were looking for a few other things for some other small projects. He found supplies for them all and gave us a great rate and continued exceptional customer service through it all. I’ll probably never go to a hardware store for landscape materials ever again. Go here! See their team, share your ideas and let them help turn dreams and ideas into reality.

Amazing people, quality products, I can’t give enough praise.

Nature perfect transformed our yard this fall. We had a formal, legacy water feature that made a nice sound, but the water was constantly full of algae, even though it didn’t contain fish. Nature Perfect removed all the old concrete and stone using a small excavator. They then created a koi pond to my specifications using 3 large stone bubblers we had purchased from them. They brought in huge stones to outline the pond making it look wonderfully natural compared to what was here.
They also made a path into the yard that is very comfortable to walk on. This leads to a flagstone patio that they surveyed in to make sure water drained away from the house.
In addition, they built an L-shaped outdoor counter for us. It will be great for entertaining.
After the grading and stone work, they brought in loads of topsoil and bark to aid in our future plant establishment. That was all topped off with bark mulch for erosion control. We also had them create a level pad for our trash cans.
They even brought in a finishing touch of large koi for the pond. John, Joel, and the crews were all great to work with.
The pump and filter worked perfectly through our last cold snap. They did a beautiful job.

Nature Perfect did an amazing job on our yard. We contacted several companies and they were the only ones to actually respond, but that’s not why we chose them. They helped us design our yard and really listened to our needs as well as taking into account the realities of our actual landscape. Although we likely could have found some other options to complete the plans they gave us for less money, we think it was worth every penny to choose Nature Perfect as they were timely in starting the project, professional in communication and behavior of every employee we met and their work was top notch as were the products they used. They even fixed a crack that happened on our back patio due to soil movement during the project for free.

Excellent work!

They did our landscaping in 2013 and was very professional and did quality work. I will be using them again this year.

Excellent work. Always on time with full crew. Very professional. I would recommend their services. Amazing yard and garden transformation!
