Royal Kings Electric put ceiling outlets in our home for lights over our kitchen bar, island and dining areas. During the January 14th power outage, after heavy rains and wind, got powered up with my generator only to hear my septic alarm going off. Not know a lot about the system, was able to stop the sound, but the light was still on. Called A+ for an appointment, they do my yearly inspection.
Jason, called me back on the day of the appointment. He had me describe the situation, then walked me through the resolution, with a detailed explanation. He saved me the show up fee, and I have a better understanding of my system. Great job, Jason. Highly recommend A+.
