The electrician, Brandon, came out to our place to install a 240v EV charging outlet in our garage. Prior to the visit, he contacted me and made sure that the timing was going to work out and that he would be contacting me the day of the work. He came out and performed the job on a Friday afternoon. That weekend, we engaged the level two EV charger for some overnight charging. Sometime during the night, the breaker popped and we could not get it to reset. The next morning, which was Sunday, I sent him a text, informing him of the issue and pretty much assuming that it would be a Monday fix. Brandon almost immediately responded and was at our house within the hour working on the issue. 90 minutes later, the problem was resolved. I’m not sure that you can get much better customer service than that. I would highly recommend Copper & Cable for your electrical needs.

Justin Kuhfahl made an appointment for between 11 & 12 to quote a new HVAC system for my home on 1-27, he was a no-show. He sent me a message at 12:19 that he wouldn’t make it until 12:40, at which point I told him not to bother. In my experience if a guy can’t make it to an appointment he made (he picked the time), and he doesn’t message you and let you know he is running late until after he’s a no-show then that’s a good indication things will only go from bad to worse! Which I was right because he started texting insults and name calling, Justin was totally unprofessional. I would never recommend Copper & Cable Heating & Cooling to anyone. So all my friends at the School District and all my Car Club friends please stay clear. All of you know I have been involved in the heating and cooling industry for over 30 years, mostly on the commercial side not residential. This was the worst interaction I have ever had with a heating & cooling company. I’m posting the text messages from Justin at Copper & Cable Heating for you all to see - poorest customer interaction ever in my opinion! Justin also told me his co-owners would careless about how he treated me, I really hope that’s not true. But if it is I wouldn’t expect them to be in business much longer. I did try to reach the other owner, Branden Reed, but it seems this company only has a small office above an accounting business and no one was there. Seems this is just an internet business, looks pretty good online, so please drive to their office. Oh, there are no signs so pretty hard to find! I had to ask around until someone pointed their office out to me. I would never known, had Justin not urged me to go see his co- owners. Kind of glad this all happened, true colors came out, probably saved myself from a real nightmare!

I contacted Glen about installing a outlet for my Rv he was at my house within a hour and it was installed right after lunch. The price was fair and the work was done. I will use chambers Prairie electric for all future needs and would highly recommend them.

Everyone I've dealt with from Chambers Prairie is friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are very fair - they do not try to gouge you. Bill did some wiring for a custom light fixture and a handful of other things around the house during a remodel. When I bought a string light for him to set up, he gave me his honest opinion on it and I ended up returning it and finding something much better. Just keep in mind they're check only (no credit cards). These guys are my go-to electricians.

I have an older home and I called a couple electricians was given crazy expensive pricing. I Chambers after looking in google and found Glen, he was able to come right out, he looked at the project and gave me a bid on the spot in writing. Spencer was sent out to complete the work, he is friendly, knowledgeable and good at his work. We had them back on another project about 3 weeks later after Spencer's findings from his first visit. These guys are great, good service, good service and great prices. Thank you !!!!!

So thankful I called Northridge. They came out and fixed a faulty breaker. I thought for sure Christmas was going to be canceled. Great price even better work!

Ampd electric is that rare sub contractor who makes your project work out smoothly. Ryan the owner is laid back but an expert in his craft. The other subcontractors respect what Ryan says , it's a bit like having a construction manager onsite. I know that nothing will go wrong on the job when Amp'd is there. Ryan and his crew were amazing. We are building a new house and he was the subcontractor to install the electrical. His work is top quality and with the amount of work they had to do, they had the whole house wired in just a couple of days. I have had some friends over to the house while it's under construction. A couple of them are in the trade and even they commented how great of a job they did. If you are looking to have any electrical work done, I couldn't recommend them more highly. You will not be disappointed going with Ryan and Amp'd.
