Max and Pheron were knowledgeable, patiently answered all my questions before starting work. They worked quickly and efficiently and got the job done. It was more costly than I thought it would be, but they offered a discount for doing a total upgrade rather than just a few fixtures. It’s great to work with a local company.

The team was super courteous and professional. I had old exterior safety lights that weren't working but didn't know anything else about them. Chuck and Jordan were able to see what I had, see what I needed, and get new lights installed in about an hour. I'll definitely go with them again for any other electrical work I may need.

We were new to the area and needed an electrican. Because we wanted to move our washer/dryer down stairs, we asked our plumber if he knew a good electrical company. He recommended Shocking Difference. Our electrician Chuck very patiently listened to our plan to move our washer/dryer downstairs and to set up new lighting in our home. He clearly outlined the cost, time requirements and materials needed for the job. SD's crew, Chuck +plus, showed up on time, worked steadily and got the job done. We are impressed with the quality of the work and the professionalism of the electrician and their shop. There is no question, if we need an electrian we will call Shocking Difference.

Jordan was a very personable electrician who exhibited depth of knowledge and diligently went about the task of inspecting our entire home for electrical integrity. He was very respectful and did not use the opportunity to talk me into doing unnecessary repairs. I am very pleased with his service and the report generated by his work. Thanks! We are members so the inspection was at no cost to us.

This company is amazing. We were having concerns over our electricity and called shocking difference for peace of mind. Jared went above and beyond to ensure accuracy and reliability during the estimate phase. He stayed longer than what was scheduled for us and his customer service skills were amazing. On top of that, when the electricians came out, both Manny and Jordan, they were extremely friendly. They arrived exactly on time, made us feel comfortable with their presence in our home, and went above and beyond when we had a few extra concerns we forgot to mention to Jared. I couldn’t recommend this company enough. At the time of writing this review, Jordan was an electrical trainee being trained by Manny, Manny did a thorough job training Jordan and Jordan was fantastic. He’ll make a great electrician.

The initial visit was to assess the needs to upgrade our 40 year old electrical system to code, add a few outside outlets and to replace and enlarge the electrical panel. SD (Jacob, lead electrician) spent 3 hours assessing our needs, answering our questions and formulating a very detailed estimate with options….sort of a menu from which we could select the work to be done.
Jacob and the crew were all so very polite, Very patient respectful of our property and had excellent communication with us as they proceeded to work on the two days they were at our home.
They took additional pictures ( While they were working) of things they saw in our attic and under the home that may need attention. (Since we had mold near our roof line we can take care of that immediately.)
There was a crew of four who worked for two entire days at our home. They were respectful of our space, polite, and left the place cleaner than when they arrived.
The owners of the company have high expectations of their employees, and have the utmost integrity in their business operations.

We did an electrical upgrade to our house with Shocking Difference. It was a big job and a lot of work. They did an excellent job, as they always do. They pulled all of the permits and managed the project. They gave us an estimate and adjusted accordingly at the end. They are honest hard working people that do the work right the first time. We have had smaller work done by them in the past and chose to go with them again based on our experience with them. We will always get our work done by them because of they are excellent at what they do and always a pleasure to work with.

They were super fast at responding to my request. Jared came out the next day and completed the job. He was very thorough & easy to work with.

I am pleased to have hired Veterans Electric after going over bids I received to install a new 20 amp dedicated circuit. Every interaction was very professional between Sean and when calling the office and speaking to Emma. Received a phone call before they would show up and was not late to the appointments for the bid and to complete the work. I found the quality of work was great and the electrical inspector signed off on the work with no issues. Sean cleaned up the work area when finished and I didn’t need to do any additional cleaning. Also took the time to answer questions that I had and never appeared bothered to answer them. Everyone, from their scheduler to their technicians, was super friendly and helpful. The scheduler helped me troubleshoot the electrical problems I had over the phone and when that didn’t work she promptly scheduled an appointment to have a technician come out and troubleshoot.

I have a toddler and a dog and the technicians were super friendly and understanding to my toddler being loud and needed. They also did a step by step explanation for everything they were doing and why. They were super informative and helpful.

Needed some electrical work done for a planned solar panel project as well as to have a ceiling fan installed. Contacted a few others that were either non responsive or project too small.
Sean is a great communicator about your project, kind, polite, honest, great personality and professional. Corrected some issues with some switches, completed the install & confirmed fan worked as it should. Responsive to my questions. Strongly recommend to anyone needing electrical work. He will definitely be my electrician of choice for any future projects.

Called and was able to get a same-day quote and next-day job to replace my wall heaters and thermostats. Great timing for me! Shawn and Emma were both so professional and helpful when we had a light switch issue and needed help. When he came out to do our repair and give us an estimate for adding some lighting he provided money and time saving advice. In this day and age we were so thankful for that knowledge and not just trying to make a buck. If we had went with our original idea we’d have to repair it later once our home renovations started. Then he fixed our issue very quickly and explained how and what the wires meant incase we come across this again. We will definitely use them again in the future and would recommend to others.

We are very pleased with the work Sean has done. The first time he came was at my parents home to fix an issue and we were so happy with the service we used them again! If we have any other issues I will definitely be calling them and referring them to anyone who may need electrical work done!
