RossCo truly is a gem! From their schedulers to their plumbers these people really care! They don't over sell and they do legit work. I had the pleasure of working with Jeff and Benjamin. These two made me feel like we've been friends for a decade. They explained everything in simple terms, they didnt over sell me on things I didnt need and tried to make the experience as good and affordable as possible.
I really appreciate the work everyone at RossCo did for me.
My situation was the classic water heater going out right around the New Year... its now been almost 4 months since they did my installation and I havent had any issues. They also performed a full inspection for my house along with installing a new outside water spigot. These guys are detailed, flexible and understanding. Highly recommended, totally suggest you use them for your plumbing needs.

I got a few recommendations for Ross Co from a local Facebook group so I called this morning. The lady that answered the phone this morning was polite, she told me they had appointments today in the morning and afternoon. I chose to take the afternoon slot. The guys showed up within the 2 hour window that was given to me. Jarrod and John were friendly and professional. They gave me a clear breakdown of costs before starting the job. They were able to diagnose the issue pretty fast. Jarrod again went over costs very clearly before continuing to work. I paid exactly what was quoted and now only about 2 hours later my problem is solved. They did have to cut a hole in my wall but they did a good job to keep the cut clean and leave no mess. This was a very good experience. I feel that I got a good value for what I paid. I would definitely recommend Ross Co.

I used RossCo to repair and/or replace a toilet. They were prompt in their repsonse, came out to give me an estimate and were able to replace the toilet while they were here. Gave me options of just replacing parts or new toilet. No pressure to purchase a new toilet. But I did replace it and they fixed a botched job on the flooring under the toilet , installed new toilet . Daniel was very professional, friendly, no pressure , cleaned up after done and disposed of old toilet.

I noticed an issue with a service I had completed 3 years ago. The owner of the company, Richie came the very next day to address it. The work was thorough, completed quickly and efficiently, and they made sure to clean up after themselves. Richie was kind, explained everything in easy to understand terms, showed me the work once completed and didn't charge me a thing. I was blown away. I'm a RossCo customer for life!

My kitchen sink was backing up. I did my best with my own 15ft drain snake down the pipe and also from the roof top vent. But it was still backing up, so i knew i needed the Professionals. Rossco's is my "Go To Guys" since they did great plumbing work on a previous bathroom remodel of mine. Daniel & Andrew were able to get it fixed in about an hour. Thank you very much!

I had a minor emergency when my water company contacted me regarding a sudden surge in my water usage, which I discovered was caused by a malfunctioning toilet valve in my tenant's bathroom. RossCo was very quick to come resolve the issue and performed in a very professional, efficient and respectful way. Their fee was reasonable and their work was done neatly.
