I reached out to Impeccable Landscapes after a horrible experience 2 years in a row with another company in Spokane. The owner met me at my property and followed through a professional and fair quote within the time frame he stated. Today 04/13/2021 his crew showed up like clock work and were at my property until 1:30 pm addressing all the areas I requested! I have no doubt that Tim and his team will have my yard back to where it was when I purchased my home prior to it becoming a rental for 3 years. Extremely excited to have Impeccable completing the work. If you are in need of a professional company you can not go wrong with Impeccable Landscape.

Amazing people, that do amazing work. Lawn, tree care, edging, trimming, sprinkler systems, they do it all. Our home and business properties always look Impeccable. They are competitive in price, and are knowledgeable, timely and super dependable. Highly, Highly Reccomend! Mindy Rowe

I received a referral to Impeccable from a family member who had only great things to say. She wasn't wrong! The entire staff is friendly, responsive and knowledgeable! They know plants and landscaping better than I knew was possible. It's extremely impressive but also accessible. Tim, Nell and Scott know their stuff and are willing to provide tips and tricks for me to keep my yard looking great even after they've finished all the hardest work. Thank you for everything!! We are so excited to be able to enjoy our yard.

Did extensive work over the summer getting my yard ready for a wedding. They were hard workers and listened well to my needs. Very prompt/reliable and surprisingly affordable. Couldn’t give them more kudos.
Update; Impeccable has now returned many times over the last few years and I can only elevate my praise of the good quality, attention to detail, hard work and professionalism. -
Impeccable Landscaping has been doing our yard for years. When we forgot to turn our sprinklers back on during the summer they reached out to make sure everything was OK. They then walked us through the best way to water to restore our yard after we messed up. Great customer care and service.

I did not use this company but I do not recommend their services! Not one but two neighbors came over to inform me today just now on 4th of July that someone from this company stole my son's friends bike. Right out of our front yard by our mailbox!!!
I finally received a response today 7-7.. which implied he was 90% sure it didn't happen but planned to discuss it with employees 😕 what a huge mess!!! I've lived here 10 years n never had this problem and I don't even know what to do to fix this!!
7-9 and the bike magically appeared... No call back or response of any kind!!! Not to mention I didn't even get a discount or free service to take this post down... Which he was more concerned about that actually speaking to his employees before reaching out to me in the first place. -
I can’t say enough great things about this company! I have been a customer for the last few years. Our lawn always looks fantastic! We live on a few acres, so not having to worry about the lawn is a huge plus. I also have to give a shout-out for their customer service. Every time I have called, the person I speak with has always been amazing- responsive, follows up, and always friendly. Love this company!

Impeccable landscapes has done work at my home for the last multiple years from sprinkler repair to lawn fertilizing. I appreciate the communication from the office staff and also with the workers that come out on site as well. I feel they provide great value for the services that they are giving and am planning to continue to use them for multiple years to come.

Most of the time our lawn looks good but I can't recommend this company. Their mowing is inconsistent. 3 days after mowing our yard looked like it need to be mowed again. They often missed the grass behind our gates, which they open and other patches. They have caused damage to our fence and when I notified the company, they said Tim would be out to take a look. He never showed. My husband ended up fixing the 3 areas. Then they destroyed 2 down spouts and the corner of a raised garden bed. Not once did the crew notify us of any of the damage. The next issue was their pricing. 2023 cost $65, 2024 contact increased to $125 but was able to negotiate down to $83. With tax that came to whopping 90.39 per mow. Prices are not competitive for home lawn care. Oh,
and their billing is very miss leading, I honestly believe I over paid them for
October. Customer service leaves something to be desired. Needless to say, we are no longer using them. -
I needed a replacement solenoid in my irrigation system. I called impeccable and they told me that they would try to get a tech out as soon as possible but that it was the season for start ups and they were very busy. Next day I recieved a call that they would send someone out by the end of the day, The tech arrived before the estimated time, diagnosed the problem, replaced the solenoid and was on his way to the next job. Excellent service!

Well I had to cancel my services with Impeccable Landscape today. While I have always found your staff to be courteous, professional, and genuinely invested in customer satisfaction, I have encountered recurring issues with your organization and business processes that have led to my dissatisfaction. Below, are the primary concerns that have prompted this review and cancellation.
1. Inconsistent Scheduling for Lawn Fertilization:
I subscribed to your five-treatment fertilizer package for the entire season. However, on approximately four occasions, I had to contact your office to remind you to schedule my treatments. In each instance, the delay resulted in my lawn going too long between applications. Having recently invested significantly in a new front and back yard, I expected a professional company to manage scheduling without requiring me to intervene repeatedly.
2. Incorrect Fertilizer Application:
One of the reasons I initially chose Impeccable Landscape was your use of liquid fertilizer for the first four treatments, followed by a granular treatment for the winter application. However, during my third treatment in July, your team applied a granular fertilizer instead. With two young children and pets frequently playing in the yard, I specifically chose liquid fertilizer to avoid the risk of granular product being tracked into our home on shoes and clothing. Your team had the liquid fertilizer truck on-site, so the decision to use granular fertilizer appears to have been made for convenience?
3. Inaccurate Tree Treatment Service:
On a separate occasion, I contracted your services to fertilize 24 Green Giant arborvitae and 6 Green Arrow trees, explicitly requesting fertilization only and no pesticide application. Despite the request, your team failed to fertilize the 6 Green Arrow trees, likely due to the hose not reaching them, as observed on my security footage, which could have been performed if the hose was run around via the other gate. Additionally, the invoice I received indicated that a pesticide treatment was performed, contrary to my instructions. This discrepancy and lack of attention to detail were highly disappointing.
4. Substandard Sprinkler System Blowout:
For two years, I utilized your sprinkler system blowout service. The first year’s service was awesome, with the technician arriving on time, blowing out each circuit individually, and ensuring everything was properly secured. However, during the second year’s visit, the technician spent only about five minutes on-site. They hooked up the air line and turned on all 6 zones in one box, let it run for a min, then turned them off and turned on the next 5 in the next box. Let it run for a min and then he disconnected the air line and left. The 5 valves were left open. I found this out the next season. I turned on the water supply to the sprinklers one day this fall when I was in the basement. I did a quick check outside later to make sure I didn’t have a serious issue and moved on. Two days later I went outside to setup and run my system. I was outfront and turned on my front yard and nothing happened. I went to the valve box and as soon as I got on the ground I could barely hear water running. I opened the box and found all 5 valves left on from last seasons blowout and water was severely dripping from each and the box was pretty flooded. A closer inspection found all these circuits leaking water from the sprinklers, but it was minor since water pressure was split between 5 circuits. So needless to say I was disappointed.
I raised some of these concerns with Bella, who was courteous and understanding, but the recurring nature of these issues suggests a need for significant improvements in your operational processes. I hope you take this feedback constructively and use it to enhance your services moving forward.
