This is an understated place of business. They have been dependable in the past and came through again for our need for a dryer. Found one on a good sale! They also repair appliances and are consistently competent and efficient!

The repairman explained what the problem was with the leaking dishwasher. He had the hose replaced in a timely time

My ice maker went out and they responded quickly and got it replaced within a week. I appreciated their great communication and being there when they said they would. The ice maker is working great too!

Friendly, no hassle experience. Great options for new appliances, but we bought a used one this time. $20 delivery to our curb was well worth it.

Just had a service call on our refrigerator, which is not cooling properly. Josh was prompt, courteous, and quickly diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately, it is the compressor. It is not cost effective to replace, so we'll be getting a new fridge. Fortunately, we have AHS home warranty. Thank you, Josh for explaining everything to me, and thanks Masters Appliance for the great service.

In the last year, we've had the guys from Master's Appliance out to our home 3 times for 4 different appliances that were either on their last leg or had gone kaput completely (dishwasher, oven/range, washer, dryer). With every visit, they were prompt, professional & friendly, but what I liked most about these guys is that they're straight up with you about cost of replacement parts & labor, & whether or not the necessary parts are even available anymore (or so exorbitantly priced it'd cost more to repair your old appliance than it would to buy new). That said, they leave the decision up to YOU, they don't try to make a sale or, worse, say nothing about repair costs, then hit you with a huge repair bill after the fact! Our dishwasher was "savable", & because the guy had the parts needed on hand, he had me up & running again within an hour. Washer & dryer, both over 20 yrs. old, were repairable but very high cost for parts, not to mention LONG time before available (because of COVID, appliances & repair parts are in slim supply and high demand so everything's back-ordered). Because I didn't want to spend an arm & a leg on a new washer & dryer with bells & whistles I don't want or need, I bought refurbished, sparkling clean, "new to me" washer & dryer from Masters (just under $750 for both!), which they delivered, set up, AND they hauled my old, broken-down ones away. Washer & dryer are working great - I love them! I'll definitely be returning to Masters to shop around for a "new to me" oven/range, when the one we have finally tanks. Many thanks to Masters for looking at it, assessing cost of repair & leaving final decision to us, with no pushiness or "attitude" whatsoever! Masters Appliance gives top-of-the-line customer service & their prices on appliances - both new & refurbished - are very reasonable. We highly recommend them & will definitely be returning to them in the future, either for service repairs or the purchase of new or refurbished appliances. Great job, Masters, & many thanks! :)

It's 2026 and I've removed my old, negative review and adjusted the stars. It's been a couple of years and everyone deserves a second chance. We all have bad days and it was a single experience. Pass it on and be nice.

Jeff was just at my apartment to assess and repair my refrigerator/freezer. He located the problem right away and provided the solution quickly. The freezer drain system wasn't defrosting effectively. Jeff knew right away how to correct the problem. Great work Jeff! Call Master's for your appliance repair needs.

We bought a used refrigerator from Masters appliance and they were incredibly knowledgeable and very friendly service! It's very great to work with a local business! They have good selection and very reasonable prices, including delivery prices. We also really appreciated how they strip down old appliances and recycle as much as they can, very climate friendly, highly recommend them!

Called and a nice gentleman answered. He wasn't in a hurry, politely answered my questions. Honestly, ill drive to Pasco to buy my used freezer. Because of the sincerity in his voice. Wow. Its been decades
