I wanted to leave an initial review for Thornworks specifically to give a shout-out to CJ, who has been helping us deal with some significant tree damage to our property. The damage affected our cover, deck, fence, railing, and some landscaping areas.

I originally found Thornworks through their good reviews online and decided to give them a call. That’s how I first got connected with CJ. From the start, he’s been responsive and willing to help us navigate what has honestly been the hardest part of the process so far, insurance.

Dealing with the insurance company has been slow and frustrating, but CJ has been extremely helpful in documenting the damage and pushing back when things were initially denied. He was able to clearly show the extent of the damage and advocate for us, which made a big difference in getting more of the repairs covered.

Another thing I appreciated was how quickly he was able to come out when we needed help. The damaged patio cover was at risk of getting taken down by the wind, and CJ was able to come the same day I called to help knock it down safely before things got worse. That kind of responsiveness meant a lot, especially since it was pretty last-minute.

I’m leaving this as an initial review because CJ has done a great job so far. I plan to update this review once the work begins and again after the project is completed so people can see how everything turns out from start to finish.

Very happy with the roofing that was done. C.J. as the project manager was quick to answer any questions that I had and very communicative through the process. Jaimie and the crew up on the roof did a fantastic job. The roof looks great, they had everything cleaned up nice, and were very friendly. All in all a great experience and would definitely recommend them without reservation.
