I called and scheduled an appointment for a quote on some work in my bathroom. On the day of the appointment no one showed and no one called. Not showing up, and not calling to explain is about as disrespectful as you can get.

As a property manager I have high expectations for the work I need done and RR definitely met those expectations. I would certainly refer them, and I will continue to use them.

Before they started the job someone stop by to clarify the details of the job. And after the work was completed someone stopped by to make sure we were satisfied with the job. They showed up on time and did a great job.

I can honestly say I have found a forever company/business! The owner Chuck, and Marcos who works with him, were both professional, and friendly. They were sooo always on time when they said they would arrive, and to top it off, they walk the talk. They know what they are doing and do it really well. Finally, I get to work on my by now pretty long list. Yay :)

In my case team RR installed a new (in the box) Samsung washer/dryer. They also removed the old set to my garage. Professional from start to finish, and PERFECT service satisfaction. I highly recommend this team of people for any "required repairs" you may have.

I appreciated the attention to detail and the very polite demeanor of Maggie and Josh. We've never had a repairperson show up early and the cost to come in below estimate! This is my second time to call on Required Repairs for bathroom remodels. Marcos and Chuck are truly professionals, not only in their work but also with being able to problem solve when job difficulties arise.
We own an older home built in the mid-1950's which means there can be lots of unexpected plumbing and carpentry issues. Marcos and Chuck have always come through with how to give me what I am asking for without going over the estimate. They are both very mindful of what the client can afford at the same time providing professional work and courtesy.
I am anxious for Chuck and Marcos to get started on the second phase of the bathroom remodel.
I will be needing some kitchen remodeling in the future and I will not hesitate to call them to do that job.

Required Repair did an excellent job replacing my 36 year old garbage disposal. They spent extra time making sure all the pipe and electrical parts were in good condition. I would not hesitate to recommend them for all your household repairs and or replacement. Superb service from start to finish!

I hired Required Repairs to replace my older key locks with new keyless locks and program my sprinklers. Maggie at RR took the time to help me purchase the right locks for me and my needs as well as the matching door handles (something I wouldn’t have thought of on my own). Josh was extremely helpful with showing me how my sprinkler system worked and walking me through the process in case I wanted to make changes in the future. Josh was also extremely professional (and quick) at replacing the locks and stayed longer to assist me in programming the locks to my phone. Also, huge Kudos to Chuck who took time to stop by days later to help me when I was having issues with the locks phone app. I 100% recommend and will definitely be contacting them for future home repairs.

I have nothing but good things to say. They came out and gave us an estimate for swapping out a window. The tech was nice, professional, easy to talk to. We got a reasonable quote and decided to go with them. It took a few days for them to respond once we accepted the quote. They were able to get us scheduled just a week later however. The same tech who gave us the quotes did the install. Arrived on time, talked us through any changes and respected keeping the door shut as we have cats. We will definitely be using them in the future.

I am writing to express my satisfaction with the repair work done by Required Repairs. I had a different air conditioning company install a new unit in my home, and they damaged an exterior stud in the wall. I called Required Repairs to come and fix the damage, and they were very professional and efficient.

The technician arrived on time and assessed the damage. He explained the repair process to me and then got to work. He was very careful and took his time to make sure the repair was done correctly. The repair was completed in a timely manner, and the technician cleaned up after himself.

Their staff are honest and excellent hard working professional people. At first I was hesitant hiring again to finish installing my kitchen cabinets and microwave because i had a previous bad experience. However after speaking with them, I realized i had to reinstall my kitchen cabinets for they were badly installed and he had a point. So I ask them to reinstall my kitchen cabinets and connect my new microwave with vent thing to the roof; in addition to installing a closet door and create a closet to another bedroom that had none. Their work is awesome and very timely and they are direct honest and they recommend alternatives to get the best results to my renovations and installs. I like their service so much that I have already set up another appointment to finish more of the renovations in my home from adding molding and edging to my house and painting. Now i no longer dread the renovations i will be doing soon.
