I set up an appointment through Home Depot and the technician that came out (Carlos) was very pleasant to deal with. He was able to quickly diagnose my issue and get my air conditioner back up and running quickly. Anything he noticed that was going to need attention in the future he shared with me and we ended up taking care of that too. Not that I want to have AC problems in the future, but if I did, they would have my return business in a heart beat.

The tech that came out was Steve. He was great! He explained everything thoroughly and in a way that was easy to understand. He was very friendly, polite and professional! Because of Steve’s courteous and thorough service, we signed up for a yearly maintenance plan to keep our system running smoothly.

Called them for duct cleaning and they did an amazing job! I work from home and they were on time, considerate and very efficient with time. Their communication was great throughout the process. They were detailed on their explanation so I could understand, made it super simple. Total quality and I totally recommend.

Steve called before heading my way...he arrived earlier than expected, which is a plus for me, completed the repair in less than an hour. He is Very professional, knowledgeable, efficient, effective and friendly! He walked me through everything that was repaired and I couldn't be happier! I cannot recommend highly enough!

I have a home warranty that dispatched Total Quality for an issue with my A/C. They called to schedule an appointment quickly and were able to come out within a couple days (I waited until late Friday to request service and they came out Tuesday). I was told a technician would be at my residence between 3 and 5 PM. Steve arrived around 3:20 and had the issue figured out, resolved, and double checked within 20 minutes. He was very polite and professional. He thoroughly explained what was broken, what he did to fix it, and to make sure there were no other issues. I would highly recommend Total Quality!!

I was introduced to Total Quality Air through a home insurance provider. Steven was the technician and helped to identify the problem. He and his team were then able to fix the issue efficiently and economically. I was so pleased I joined their maintenance program. Steven has been the person for the service and also identified a unique issue with the fireplace. This was corrected and improved and I have been very pleased with all of his attention to detail and folllow-up. He is professional and I have recommended him and the service to others. He is backed by a good team in the office who are helpful and patient too.

This was the best service I’ve had for my system in a long time. On time, courteous and very well informed about my fireplace and my heating system. Did the repairs necessary and didn’t try to sell me more. Made some recommendations per my request about a blower for my fireplace and also per my request upgrading my old space guard filter box to a more efficient one. I was really impressed with Steve the technician. He knew his stuff and explained things to me as he went through what he’d done and why. I saved so much money on the fireplace repair And maintenance package for my heating and air that I’m able to go ahead and get the blower for the fire place and conversion for the heating and the air unit. Thank you Total Quality Air and Steve for such great service and absolutely fair and honest pricing.

I was introduced to Total Quality Air through a home insurance provider. The service gals were also very helpful and responsive. I had my entire furnace and AC installed which was completed in two days time. The crew worked diligently having to deal with a tight space where my 20 year old unit once was. I can honestly say the crew did an amazing job overall and the work looks great.

Great experience. Went through my home insurance and received a call from Total Quality Air. Steve came out the next day and was very thorough troubleshooting the issue. Of course the temp is 1 degree and the auxiliary heat will not come on. We are freezing and my 86 year old mother lives with us and I’m so worried. We call a company who send out a rep and he spends an hour then finally throws up his hands and gives up. The next day we call two other places and both basically said they couldn’t help us without even trying! Incredible!!! Then we call Total Quality Air and they send out Jose within 30 minutes. He spends 2 hours under our house in frigid temps and will not give up until he gets us up and running. I was really worried about him in those single digit temps but he told me he wasn’t gonna leave us without heat… and he didn’t. Thank God for Jose who understands what true customer service means! Total Quality Air, thank you for sending Jose to us. Please give him a raise!

Great Experience with Carlos he helped us out in repairing out heat pump that went out, he Communicated well, very knowledgeable we would definitely recommend him to anyone that needs their AC repaired

Thank you so much Total Quality Air! I called around to have my AC checked out. It went out unexpectedly. Most places did not even answer or return my call. Total Quality not only treated me like their favorite customer but did an amazing job!! He found the problem within minutes of being at our home. He had the part ON HAND!!! And he still looked over everything else that would have been checked in my service call. I definitely got my money’s worth. Steve was not only professional but Knowledgeable and helpful! Rosie has been a delight to work with. We had a complicated claim with Fidelity home warranty and parts that aren't readily available since our furnace is older. She has been a Rockstar at communicating with me and our home warranty as well as getting our heat pump fixed.

Carlos was great! Quick service at home for a known factory make issue for our cooling system in our home. He was very knowledgeable,and helpful. We hope to get this resolved soon. Great service at the office too!
