I set up an appointment through Home Depot and the technician that came out (Carlos) was very pleasant to deal with. He was able to quickly diagnose my issue and get my air conditioner back up and running quickly. Anything he noticed that was going to need attention in the future he shared with me and we ended up taking care of that too. Not that I want to have AC problems in the future, but if I did, they would have my return business in a heart beat.

The tech that came out was Steve. He was great! He explained everything thoroughly and in a way that was easy to understand. He was very friendly, polite and professional! Because of Steve’s courteous and thorough service, we signed up for a yearly maintenance plan to keep our system running smoothly.

Called them for duct cleaning and they did an amazing job! I work from home and they were on time, considerate and very efficient with time. Their communication was great throughout the process. They were detailed on their explanation so I could understand, made it super simple. Total quality and I totally recommend.
