I bought my home this spring knowing that the 20+ yr-old water heater definitely needed to be replaced soon. Later when I noticed some moisture around the bottom of the unit, I immediately called for a plumber. Campbell & Company sent someone the next day. I was given a quote and clear explanation that matched research I had done, and they were able to install a new water heater that day. The guys were professional and courteous, and I would definitely recommend them.

Amazing service. I got a phone call about 30 minutes before arriving to confirm I was home. Followed by a text showing the person doing the work. He got here and straight to work cleaning a slow drain. He got the job done with no issues cleaned up the mess and had me verify that it was draining. I am writing this 2 day after the job and I have had no issues.

I contacted this company for a simple electrical quote to add a dedicated circuit for a bidet seat. No work was performed. I was told upfront the service fee was $129, but later learned this was actually a $140 dispatch fee, which was not clearly disclosed.
The electrician then quoted $3,500 for a straightforward residential circuit run from the panel to a bathroom. After getting additional opinions, this price was far above reasonable market rates for this type of work.
I was also told the only way to waive the dispatch fee was to sign up for a paid membership plan, which felt like pressure sales rather than transparent service.
Between the unclear pricing, excessive quote, and push toward a subscription just to avoid fees, this was a disappointing experience. I would recommend getting multiple quotes before using this company.
