I had submitted a previous review thinking that they had fixed my issue now I have had to call in 3 days in a row my heater still isn’t working and the last representative Dane that I spoke to was extremely robotic had no emotion or anything he’s a comply waste and the to be told a manager would call be back that it would take an hour for the call back I work graveyard and should be sleeping instead I have to wait for a call to try and get my heater fixed for a third time I may have to find another company to get it fixed properly and then explore other avenues this place has the worst customer care service and even though the tech was extremely nice I will absolutely never do business with this company again and I will tell everyone to avoid them at all cost

Jerron was very polite, professional,and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what he was doing and seeing in our 32 year old HVAC unit. I now know that our unit has surpassed it's expected life span and has served us well. We scheduled another visit for tomorrow to get a free quote on the latest and greatest units available in today's heat and air market. We have been adding freon to this unit every 3-4 years for the past 2 decades and the R-22 freon is no longer made and harder to find and very expensive. And energy efficiency ???
Not so good !!! I am extremely pleased with the service and how quickly Right Now fit us into their schedule. 👍👍👍
