They were extremely rude on the phone. I understand this is a busy time of year but my AC has never worked right in my brand new house installed by them and their inability to help is not good customer service. I am disappointed in how they handled the situation.

Had a problem, when my A/C stopped working an a wonderful 103 degree day, the gentleman I spoke to on the phone quickly advised me to check a switch and replace it, I wish I could remember his name, He actually walked me thru how to change the switch and it fixed my problem. He gave me a $5 over the phone fix and saved me a $70 an hour service call. I can't vouch for their work, but if the personality is any reflection of their work, then these guys are one of the best. Thank You so so much
