Every thing is explained well of the work being done. In the beginning, I was very frustrated that I had signed up for a year and I kept getting bills telling me I had to make a payment, which I had already made. Very hard to get customer service with this issue.

Always thorough and goes the extra mile to provide the best possible service whether its the lawn, groundcover or trees. Customer service in person, on the phone pr with a specialist is always exceptional.

DeWayne...a complete keeper! He came in, did his job, and didn't cut corners! VERY IMPRESSIVE!!!

TruGreen has brought my lawn back from last years chinch bug infestation. It looked like someone had pee'ed all over my lawn and killed it in a funny design. Turns out the chinch bug was eating and killing my lawn in swirling patterns. I had been watering extra with the heat for 2 weeks and that is all they needed to go crazy on my lawn. They sprayed them to kill them and then 2 weeks later re seeded and fertilized and now this is April 15,2025 and the lawn came right back for spring. In fact it was healed by November. They had started to treat it in October.

We received a thorough lawn treatment and analysis. The technician explained what he found and what he did. He gave us a few recommendations. Unfortunately he was not licensed to treat for aphids which we have. We will need to have another visit to get the aphids treated.

We had a second visit today from William who was able to treat our trees and shrubs for aphids. He discussed his plan and treated all of our trees and shrubs today. He did a great job.

For a large corporate lawn care company they train a dedicated team of professionals who ring or knock. They always make an effort to say hello and get your input before they start. They each know the ins and outs of the industry. I am happy to see the great results of my healthier, much greener grass, and less garden weeding with the new flower bed weed service.

• 12 October 2025 . . . TruGreen came to do their fall treatment and it’s a mess. PHOTOS taken (10 Oct 25) of the front yard. SEE for yourself. Neighbors are asking what happened! Note, TruGreen is not “true” to their word and does not interface with the customer via phone or in person.
• 26 June 2025 (Thursday) . . . We still not have heard from TruGreen. We've emailed and called and got no where. Note, TruGreen is NOT true to their word.
• 19 May 2025 (Monday) . . . On 16 May, I emailed TruGreen and included our contact info and will follow-up. With the weekend, I will give the company time to respond.
• 16 May 2025 (Friday) . . . Notice to potential customers . . . read the comments and pay attention to reviews regarding communication. We paid for a year of service, received two treatments and the third treatment is overdue. Multiple times we have called and communicating with those at the end of a phone line is like dealing with a brick wall. Note as I type, two potential customers interested in TruGreen are now aware of our complaints and that's since yesterday.

I appreciate you all coming and cleaning all the tumbleweeds from my neighbors house. And thank you for putting them in my yard.

City Turf Empire did an amazing job on our lawn. The grass looks perfectly cut, edges are clean, and everything was left spotless.

Highly recommend Swanky Lawn Care. Andre’s did an amazing job on our sprinkler system. He repaired multiple broken sprinklers, installed new valves, and set up a new control box, all over the course of a couple of days. Everything is working perfectly now.

What really stood out was how friendly and professional he was the entire time. He took the time to explain what he was doing and made sure everything was done right, not rushed.
