Stephani T. And Elizabeth deep cleaned my house several weeks ago after we had a series of medical issues in our household. They did such an amazing job, I think the floors did literally sparkle. We now continue with a bi-weekly clean that we are very happy with. It has been a nightmare cleaning with three adults working full-time and four cats and a dog in the house. Elizabeth really does take care of everything methodically and efficiently, and I love that she is a pet owner as well and understands how to clean properly when there are multiple pets in the house. We just moved into our new home and LOVED the whole experience with Legion! Stefani was amazing, and helped take away so much worry I had in getting the home clean for us! We have been using Legion of Clean consistently for several years, for regular house cleanings and rental Move-Out cleans. It’s a pleasure to do business with them, they are friendly and professional. Myra is our regular cleaner and we ADORE her! She’s great with our pets, always has a smile, and does a bomb job.

My husband and I hired Legion of Clean to come in a few days ago to do a deep cleaning. We were very happy with the work Stephanie and Elizabeth did. They arrived on time and did a wonderful job. Additionally, they were professional, courteous, and paid attention to all of our special requests and instructions. We felt totally comfortable having them in our house. We will be using Legion of Clean for ongoing regular cleaning.

Ciara and Steph were very quick and effective at cleaning our house. They also very pleasant. We would recommend.

Recently Lucas did a great job. He even finished up the previous one when something didn’t get done. He was efficient and overall feel he did good work.

The Legion of Clean team was great to work with. Great communication from admin staff and thorough cleaning from the two folks (H&C) who made my house sparkle. Great to give my $$ to a woman-owned company that does great work and takes good care of its work force.

I had a one-time Deep Clean service and was so impressed with the courteousness of the cleaning staff, as well as their efficiency! (Four individuals came and cleaned my home top to bottom in the space of a couple hours!) I felt I received a quality cleaning too. Everyone was on time and the process was so easy to set up. I highly recommend Legion of Clean!

Hon came today for the first time using Legion of Clean and I am absolutely thrilled! She did a fabulous job - and it was a pleasure to have her in my home - she is a sweetheart! I have had an unbelievably frustrating time finding someone who not only actually does a good job cleaning, but someone who is reliable. I believe my search is over! We scheduled the legion of clean crew to do a move-out clean and they did an amazing job! I was amazed at how clean they got everything! There were some really tough stains that they removed. The fridge went from terrifying to sparking! Our team consisted of Steph, Myra, Ciara, Hailey and Donna! They were rockstars!
I really appreciated that they walked me through after they were done and asked if there was anything I’d like touched up or cleaned again. Very professional! Thanks ladies!

KK did an outstanding job in a house I am moving out of. Her knowledge of cleaning tasks was most impressive. She pays attention to detail and asks if there is anything she missed. I would hire her again in a minute.

This is an update as a response to the owners reply:
I was told today on the phone that your business was unwilling to spend any more time talking to me about my dissatisfaction. When I told the person on the phone I could send proof that these light fixtures, for example, were reachable she told me no. I was told that I had to agree to disagree!! In your public reply you act as if you are willing to work with me, but on a private phone call I was told otherwise! As a small business I KNOW these reviews are important which is why I told the person I talked to that I would be posting this. If you were a 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed business, then today’s phone conversation shouldn’t have happened and a resolution should have been found.
You state in your reply that I rated the house a 5-6 which isn’t true, you did. I gave a very clear description of the house and you rated it that, which was surprising to me. Since you record phone conversations you are welcome to review that one yourself.
Also, if one technician showed up at 1:30, and then others came later, and everyone was gone by 5:30, your math for hours spent cleaning don’t add up.

I had an absolutely laughable experience with this company. I had them perform a “Move In” clean on a house that needs a lot of work. The house is a fixer upper for sure, but needed a good once over before certain renovations were done. We already had spent 16+ hours ourselves cleaning this 1800 sq/ft house. Already had scrubbed the kitchen, bathroom, window ledges, swept, mopped…etc.
What mostly wasn’t gotten to was things like light fixtures, door jams, baseboards (the ones that existed any way) and the like. This is what makes a “Move In” clean different than a regular house clean.
These were NOT done. I sent photos of SOME of the things they didn’t do and they told me the “lead technician” claimed they were unreachable. When I told them I could send proof they were reachable they said they didn’t want to spend any more time on my discrepancy. They said we had to agree to disagree. Well, obviously I disagree and encourage anyone else to not fall into the same situation. This cost me over $1,000!!!
As a last note, they were incredibly patronizing. Wish I could give them a zero star review

All the Legion of Clean cleaners who have come to our apartment have done a good job. We especially appreciate the work they do because it was done without toxic chemicals.
Lucas is awesome!. We didn't think our apartment could shine so bright!
